Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Weather Geek I agree more shares will get transfered to ii, as the majority holders are insiders and retail at the moment. I wonder whether DW transfered his stake to Eight Capital Partners where he is a shareholder. Would this be considered an arms length transaction? If he has done this he has derisked his capital by transferring the holding into a company he is a shareholder. He would reap the benefits should the share price rise.
We all start off on these free broker fee platforms. You end up paying more with the spreads and speed of execution imo. Better off with a tight spread fast execution platform that charge reasonable fees for doing business. Other's do it 80's style over the phone for that extra speed. Anyone rate a decent broker? I use cmc for spread betting which I am happy with, but 212 for holding stock. I would like to change for a better service than 212...

AZ made a bet to acquire 2% more shares to his stake, who ever made that bet is either a institution or private equity. They have enough shares to cover, so the 1.1 million/ 25% premium they chaged tells me they either don't want to lose their stake and have insuranced heavy should AZ bet come to fruition.
Any idea what the free float is?
Lovely bullish daily candle formed
Knee jerk sell off earlier
Stage set for next week if good news follows

DW topped up 220 mil @ 0.7 and sold 295 mil @ 0.495. On the face of it looks bad, but it is nothing to his overall holding. He could have leveraged the shares to pay the bill to the accepting party. Let's say I owed you 1.4 million and I asked would you like payment in cash or shares, anyone who have not done their due diligence would opt for cash always. That gives me positive vibes on his situation. Not only that DW could have owed more in cash value and bargained a better deal in stock terms as the party believes they will get more than a cash settlement, the opposite could be said too.
mickluv you have me in the deramper camp? I am a bull on this stock... I never filter anyone, I don't need to filter to base my opinion on where I think a stock is going. Good to have balance from everyone, although sometimes the opinions can be wide from either camp
Whilst insider selling is a red flag for me it needs to be taken in to context to establish whether it is justifiable. Others have explained so I won't go on. To me the news has benefited those who wanted to add lower and has shaken out weak hands. Now the share can move forward.

Call option fake, he is just churning shares = Wrong as RNS confirms legitimacy
Funding is dodgy and there is a risk of dilution = Wrong RNS confirms 8 billion funding from 3rd parties.
It's over valued as it has gone up 1000%, I read the Benjamin Graham book so I know the stock market = Wrong lol. Same people will quote PE ratio when the stock has taken off. PE will represent what the market is willing to sell quality earnings not what BG book tells you.
AZ age is not correct = lol
Feel free to add some more negative quotes to the list for a morning read
I have full faith in this stock. I have trimmed alot of my holdings recently due to market macros, but not this one due to it being a growth stock with natural hedge fundamentals to the wider market. I am excited about this stock but as a rule I never risk more than 10% on one position. Ask yourself what the downside risk is before the upside too. Seek more risk when winning and less when losing. There is no red flags I have come across, just strong buy signals. As my profit grows I will keep adding whilst keeping my exposure to 10% portfolio. GLA
If the call option gets close or deep in the money keep buying. Force the MM to hedge, they will have to buy the underlying stock to cover their put. We want to see plenty of time left of the call with the price deep in the money. It will cause the price to spike as fake buying from the MM will fuel it. Derampers are going to use the option news as bait for those who are not informed. Invest your time learning the market and shares you invest in and the comments will make you laugh.
