SP back to highest level for 18 months. Looking at the chart, there is a luverly cuppa with a very big base formed over last 18 months. Good news and the sp reaction could be violent and cuppas or should i say baths to be filled @ 6/10 & 14p, then 18 and 26, then 40 and 75 :) I've got no idea on TA but i'm sure a few of you do but the chart is definitely primed for next move.

The biggest buying signal for me was the KO debt/equity swap which needs regulatory and shareholder sign off. This was announced to the market over 3 months ago and i find it strange that we've not had a shareholder meeting yet ? We all know that there are many material news items that are imminent and if the news was going to be great, wouldn't there be more urgency re getting this approved ? If the news is worthy of a move back to double figures, does that put pressure on the 3.2p conversion price ? I don't believe so as the announcement was made when the sp was below 3p, just hoping that there hasn't been a change of heart.

153 situation ? They've had enough time to probably re-drill the horizontal section if issues with first attempt ?

Barge ? In advanced talks, nothing guaranteed but i'm expecting a positive here especially as exploration restarting in the N Caspian. Sale or charter ?

A8 ? Nobody knows but they won't drop the deeps as they're continuing to do the remedial work on the other deeps drilled and now spudding 802. They have to drill these wells to meet licence commitments and the exploratory licence expires in 2024. 7 years of failure to date, is the continuation of the program FOMO and ploughing all the profits into the endless money pit, over $70m spent to date and building.

3AB ? a great opportunity and a huge jolt to company finances if successful. Still an exploratory well but hoping that the licence approval is close and will drill in H1 next year.

Shallows ? 153 is important as it continues the HD success at 154. Can they exploit MJF to deliver 6kbopd+ ? What does horizontal drilling achieve @ SY ?

I've got feet on the ground, rose tinted specs in the pocket and certainly not counting any chickens but the chances of considerable sp appreciation are in our favour. Development of shallows alone gives us all a few more pennies but it's the deeps that transform this company and after 7 years of failure, i'm not convinced but maybe Mr Shin is the saviour.

We all make money, the magnitude yet to be concluded :)

Mr Riggy could've sold at anytime over the last couple of weeks and could;'ve been long gone if he wanted out or is out. What about the 750k trades @ 4.29p @ 2.03.

1.65m dumped in 4 trades. Not Mr Rig Seller as he could've dumped at these levels over last few weeks. Large PIs having a dump pre news but loads of smaller buys totalling 1.95m too. True market 4.31-4.35, tight !

Shame we still have a chunky seller. Odd trade as below ask asmarket was 4.275p to sell.

A little more interest as news nears. Sooooo many times have we waited for the 'BLOCKBUSTER' RNS. Never had soo many activities on the go and a few of them are really material that could really propel this. They've always come up short but the KO clan have filled Casper with loads of assets and the debt/equity play was the last play pre real sp appreciation.

Clive, we've had enough disappointment, time to give all investors that Xmas bonus . Hopefully free range this year as opposed to Mr Matthews from Iceland :)

Not sure whether the 4.15 trades are buys or sells as current market online is 4.125-4.24 ? Regardless, it's chicken feed in the scheme of things and next news will define where our next move is.

Yep, and a 29 year licence. If they did get to 8k bopd,as per expectations set, 24 wells, a mix of vertical/horizontals then 216k pa…lol , without any deeps, barge, 3AB and other projects. Maybe that 1 day Ridders is not too defat away, let’s hope so.

Great to see Crude pushing up and maybe $90+ is achievable before year end. If that was sustainable in 2022, Casper would be delivering c$54m pa based on 2100bopd and everything else in buckshee :).

Caspian have to deal with the Kazakh bureaucracy. Waited an age for the MJF prod licence and it's now been 23 months since SY was shut in and the loss of 210,000 barrels to date. Madness really as shut in oil wells are costing the Kaz authorities healthy tax revenue and both parties losing out, madness !!

Let's hope that they accelerate this process going forward as SY and 3AB are dragging.

I'm not saying they won't crack it, they will and not every well can be a 300+bopdproducer as positioned by the company initially.

Yep, i know the revenue @ 1800/2100 bopd plus any from 153 or additional workovers. I know the netback calcs and that 70% is the max that they can export.

The extract below is from their website and initial expectations from an MJF shallow success (vertical drill) was 500bopd. That's obviously been tempered but hopefully future horizontal drills will greatly improve field output. Add in SY HD opportunity which is an unknown at this stage.

'From September 2019, approximately 70% of the oil produced from the MJF structure will be sold by reference to world prices. For example, at world prices of $63 per barrel we would expect to achieve around $33 per barrel before production, storage and transportation costs and $29 per barrel after these costs.

The award of the MJF licence upgrade, which was entirely merited by the facts, may appear a routine event. However, it demonstrates the vital importance of being present in country, with the negotiations being led by a team of Kazakh nationals who both understand the intricacies of the new rules and have the patience and diplomacy to deal with the inevitable bureaucracy faced.'

Ok CC, we'll all ramp it up regardless of the current situation whatever that may be. I want to see great news on all fronts and to see Casper become a £1 billion+ OE company but it's not always a smooth ride and all roses. We've got loads of news coming and as i see it -;

SY - licence award dragging but that'll be good news when awarded and they can get on with HD wells

Carlberg would say it'll be fantastic on all fronts but Heineken may say there needs to more refreshment before we get there.
