As the days tick by we seem to be drifting in absolute no mans land awaiting for some material news again, my thoughts are similar that this has long way to go yet. I believe this is highlighted in how the news broke the night before via Sky News. Similarly to the Apollo bid last year the timing seems to coincidental and aligned with poor results.

Another observation via social media was that MM seemed to be spending a lot of time last week at the LF store opening. Not taking anything away from the excitement of the first store but surely there are more significant matters at play to be channeling the effort into? My own views anyway

I expect them (management) to be flat out to have the Circular released as soon as possible now. Imho they should never have announced it until it was ready to disclose in full, hence some to believe it was used just a smokescreen for a poor nutrition performance.

I watched the webcast again and simply can't quite believe out of all the Q&A that the CEO didn't really answer the question around the volume of shares which would be required once included in the main listing. It's like it doesn't interest him in the slightest? Starting to wonder if they're really that serious about this part of the puzzle here, like you say talk of advent calendars got a lot more airtime.

Hopefully all comes clear soon enough and still believe the fall in the price is completely unjustified and something larger at play

If the Myprotein rebrand felt like a never ending project over the summer which he came across laboured with then how they are actually going to carry out the separation for the technology that underpins the whole thing. Maybe this was part of the separation they carried out already? If not then it’s a mammoth and complex task.

I’m starting to wonder if this is a hook for getting an offer back on the table for the whole group here instead?

The price action today will help to speed up the demerger imo. If the pressure was on before it certainly is now, the heat is about to be turned up full notch and I bet Investor Relations will finally be earning their money today.

Good call, would have preferred more concrete info on the spin off but seems all is in motion and they're "well advised" on how it will play out. No doubt the 65% are pushing the accelerator on this to see some sort of return now.

Pmh I share your frustration on this one but you've been holding this long enough to know it's a mixed bag going into results. We've been let down on many occasions but praying we start to see some of the reasons why we invested here in the first place come to fruition.

Surely we’re through the worst of the macro and after cutting off loss making the divisions and making the business leaner this will come good… eventually. We’re also due a much anticipated decision on moving to the main listing or are there better alternatives the board wish to pursue here? Surely that’s a free hit to spark some interest back into this and move the dial upwards from the range the SP has been in for an eternity
