Can't really complain too much about the market though when this recent fall lays on the doorstop of the board here imo. The market punishes uncertainty and the fact they have missed their own target of releasing the circular 'in or by early November' well they're not helping themselves or any of us right now

Perhaps the circular is hidden behind one of the THG advent calendar doors, we know how highly important and key they are to the strategy here

Just wait until they decide to rebrand the whole product lineup to disrupt their positive momentum... oh wait, only THG make decisions like that.

58 days since the demerger announcement and here we are still waiting for the promised circular with all the detail. All whilst the sp is bouncing around 52w lows to add insult to injury.

Off current topic, but noticed it's nearing the US Grand Prix this weekend and recall seeing the MyProtein brand on the Williams F1 car for the first time last year at this event.

Can't help but think this is one costly vanity affair and isn't really adding anything in terms of value to the numbers with the Nutrition performance over the last 12 months. Surely the cost is better placed elsewhere to drive better growth or even saved? Another key benefit to this partnership was the access to the C-Suite in F1 but clearly not much evidence of that benefit either over the past year given we have had zero TR-1's.

Add this to the long list of poor decisions made by the CEO & co to drive shareholder 'value'

I don't like the idea of MM & Co having full control of my options in a private entity. It's hard enough to get clarity on what's going on in the plc.

As for the valuation of Ingenuity, I'm absolutely stunned they've managed to get it approved for such a low valuation when last year it was documented by the CEO that Apollo themselves valued it more than the entire group at the time. I think we're lower than that valuation at the time too + the extra capex and client wins.

I like Ingenuity and feel it has great potential but would have rather it been relisted elsewhere separately rather than take private at a tuppence

Analyst call tomorrow on webcast 9:30am. Hopeful of some clarity

Nice story, personally I can my protein online up to 1am for next day delivery ready for after my mid day workout all powered by Ingenuity (the main reason I invested here tbh). The only dust involved is in the air by at the warehouse left by the pace those automated robots can pick and pack my order
