My first thought was why are they diluting us now, before we start getting the oil out at WN.
However if we want to get our hands on there cash and assets for a song, we need to dangle the WN carrot in front of them. They still get to keep there cash and assets in the form of RBD shares.
In return we get cashed up to help develop WN further, then in return we can look at the north sea assets once WN is sold or producing. Some cost savings will be only one listing instead of two and only one management wages to pay instead of Two

Will Humder sell all, just some, or none at all. Would of thought Humber were enthusiastic about the project or they would never have wanted in from the start!
Now that/soon they own shares in RBD, funding the project is not an issue for them now, however they can still turn a nice profit by holding onto the shares if it's a big success.

Covid 19 might have had something to do with it.
Also not a bad idea to keep the tree-huggers in the dark, we don't want them holding things up

The difference this morning up to this point: UJO = 110 trades and 20 BB posts, RBD = 19 trades and 10 BB posts. The availability of trading the shares is making a difference in my opinion.

I'm surprised this situation has not been sorted out by now. RBD is loosing out on liquidity which would also help close the share price spread. It's mostly cheaper execution only brokers that will not trade in RBD shares

The fact that some brokers wont deal in RBD Shares will most certainty have a detrimental effect on the share price.

Yep the same ridiculous thing happened with me, couldn't buy using Iweb, instead I opened up an additional trading account with IG.
I agree, volume looks to be picking up again, seems always someone in the know able to buy ahead of the mushrooms!
