Was wondering what would happen if RBD share price started to climb significantly before the 12th
Could then delt holders just change track and except the offer? Could we withdraw the offer?

RBD M-Cap just got bigger! Also should be a little more liquid with a tighter spread

Very likely some of those shares have already been drip fed and forward sold, Humber will want as much as they can get for them, so they wont be flooding the market killing the price in the process, could even see an institution come to an arrangement with Humber and take a big chunk in one go, would save the II investor the time and trouble picking them off in the market and get in before the fun starts at WN

Might see some wise UJO profit takers relocate funds and readdress the balance

Some King rampers on the UJO BB, might have something to with the M-Cap discrepancy, if not, RBD is a steal and has some catching up to do!

Interesting, was just looking at the latest Delt RNS, seems the BOD's and family hold just 0.38% of delt stock between them, seems they don't have much confidence putting their own money in their own project management. (got plenty of options thoe) In contrast RBD Directors and family hold 6.55% of stock in a bigger M-Cap. Actions speak louder than words in my opinion

Before the RBD offer, the market was putting a below cash value on delt!
I too would rather wait and see what comes out of the ground at WN before RBD raise money, If successful RBD will have a much stronger share price and in a better position to make a better offer to delt, as it it is now, it would be too dilutive for my liking

I'm wondering if this will exert any influence over Rathlin to convert their remaining shares into RBD

Great news for #RBD O&G authority have officially signed off their buy of the Humber #WestNewton stake. That’s 16.665% which gives them controlling interest. RNS imminent.
