Would seem to me any selling of RBD stock is being taken up by UJO holders jumping ship in my opinion. RBD M-Cap been going while UJO been going down, so readdressing the WN imbalance

There will obliviously be a clear objective between the partners to extract maximum value from WN, but they all may not agree on the best way to achieve this! One partner may want to develop while another may think it's the way to go, it would not surprise me to see UJO convert It's 16.6 % of WN into RBD shares a bit further down the line.

Yes Rubey, half agree with that, Maybe the plan is to produce from the (by truck delivery) first wells drilled and use the funds to self fiance more wells until it's fully proved up! One of the advantages going down that road would be income coming in while waiting for energy prices to pick up, giving the flexibility to sell the asset for maximum return.

I agree with you Albinio, there are plenty of ways to skin a rabbit. We could go down both roads by selling half and developing half, we could even do a deal for a % of profits. As you say, plenty of options available.

Suppose it all depends on what sale price S & S can get! If it's a good one, then yes I'm with you guys, let it go and move on. But if someone wants to pull our pants down, then No, best to keep it. In my opinion.

Hmm, yes, that sounds very persuasive to sell up! but what if no one wants to give even half value, because they know it's a big project for a small company!!! If we had two or Three bidders than yes we would get what it's worth. I'm just sceptical because we are taking all the risk and it would seem someone else will take all the rewards.

Thanks TradingLad, You sound like you know what you are talking about, sure if someone offer us a price we can't refuse then yes take it. but i suspect we wont get full value, is it not inconceivable with every drilling success the share prise not will rise to true value and make placings along the way much more realistic, would we not also be producing from the first wells drilled?

I can't see the point off selling WN if there is more profit to be had by developing it ourselves!
someone would only buy it if they think it's a bargain for themselves, why give it away after taking all the risk proving it up for someone else to reap all the benefits! If the next two drills are a screaming successes the share price will go nuts anyhow, so investors can stick or twist and do as they please. If S & S could pull another rabbit out of the hat by finding another WN, then sure, sell it off and do it again. But that is easier said than done, In my opinion, the prospects at WN don't come along very often, so milk it for all it's worth I say.

Suppose something is better than nothing, I've got deltic on my watch list, I would be looking to invest a bit further down the line when/if energy precises rise, and a bit closer to the time (when/if) Shell decided to drill.
