Looks like RBD got to the cookie jar first. Only crumbs left now!

It seems to me it's in institutions interest to let any fund raise be leaked! It crashers the share price (legging PI's over) and lets the big boys, with deep pockets pick up cheap shares!
To their cost Pi's are wising up. Now it it seems AIM only good for trading! If only UJO/RBD had suspended before raising, PI's would have been spared the big % drop.

You also have to add to the mix why Rathlin shareholders have decided not to go ahead with the share swop with RBD!
I can only conclude they think more money is to be had by staying put, especially now Rathlin has funding.

I'm no expert, but by leaving the gas until the oil is depleted, would it not help keep the pressure high and in turn push more of the oil out?

The share price is indicating the whole deal done/going to happen

The 16m cash injection into Rathlin by RBD would have been worked out to cover the enlarged share stake, including the 7m equity share swop. So by rights, we should reduce the payment on pro rata basis IMO

Yep, Sounds like they now want more for less, so they would be welching on the deal!
I would hold firm, original deal or no deal. There's a principle at stake!

Maybe not so, the 7m equity swop was part of the deal! The 16M would need to be enough to cover the extra 7m shares in Rathlin as well.

No Extra shares in Rathlin, No Extra money to be paid, Simple. We only have to cover our costs for 39% then

Yeah some traders can get caught out, thinking they can get back in cheaper than the placing price! Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't.

Trades going through at .94 now, I'm a bit gutted I didn't have funds available to buy some more at .9 like the big players did!

Yep last trade 93, looks like MM's have finished unloading placing shares. No more bargain bucket priced shares.
For a bit of clarity, RBD don't have a direct interest in WN like UJO has, Rathlin has a direct interest in WN and RBD is the biggest/major shareholder in Rathlin, so in effect the 24m raised to pay Rathlin, RBD still gets the benefit of 75% from the raise as the the % share holding RBD has of Rathlin, this equates to 50% profits and costs from WN.

Things could be worse, I dread to think what a loan conversion type raise would do to the Alba share price!
I'm surprised traders are not taking positions here ahead of HH-2/2z EWT. The expected 500/700 bopa, should do wonders for share price, along with the 300+ flowing from the Kim.

A bigger market cap should mean a tighter spread from now on
