Hi RMM - If the eagerly awaited tox report is as good as anticipated we must surely expect, in addition to an RNS, a bit of fanfare from Sareum. Potential competitors are dropping like flies and the 'best in class' position is being cleared for SDC1801 . The NEDs need to balance Tim and John's apparent aversion to publicity with getting SDC-1801 in the limelight. One would expect copy to be being drafted in readiness for a press release for publication in Endpoints News, Proactive Investors etc. If this turns out however to be another damp squib the impact on the EGM consolidation vote will be predictable.

Sierra Oncology Updates Topline Data Timing for Pivotal Phase 3 Trial of Momelotinib in Myelofibrosis

—Company now anticipates MOMENTUM topline data readout by the end of January 2022—

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sierra Oncology, Inc. (NASDAQ: SRRA), a late-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering targeted therapies for rare cancers, today announced it has shortened the timeline to the topline data readout of the MOMENTUM pivotal Phase 3 trial of momelotinib in patients with myelofibrosis. The company now expects to announce topline data by the end of January 2022. Assuming positive results, the company intends to file a New Drug Application (NDA) with the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) in the second quarter of 2022.

Hi Londonwolfie - this is all positive but doesn’t tally with Dilly’s comments at recent HC Wainwright meeting in which he talks about next year for progressing 737. It would be astonishing however if he were to continue the obfuscation without serious challenge.
