I suppose the SRA737 situation will become clearer hopefully sooner rather than later.
I absolutely concur with your sentiments regarding the BoD having the commercial nous to get Sareum noticed and on the radar and like you I am concerned that potential acquirers will lose interest or that the business model is broken by the time it is taking to really get things moving. The absence of proactive and dynamic PR is a long standing complaint and the occasional cryptic tweet simply adds to the frustration. It is equally frustrating that after years we still don't appear to have any institutions on board, we have heard nothing from Peel Hunt and we get little from Medistrava or Hybridan. All this in the context of having 3 drugs with world beating potential!

Just wondering whether you would share your current thinking with regard to near term expectations in light of the GSK/Sierra deal having been concluded. In particular also your current thoughts relating to partnering around the CTA and input from experts/consultants.
It’s been a very long journey and your balanced and sober input has helped steady the ship on many occasions for which I thank you.

In the 21 February 2022 Half Year Report Tim noted “Furthermore, we are also very encouraged that Sierra Oncology is considering several clinical combination studies with SRA737 and that these may begin in the first half of 2022. We look forward to further updates on the clinical development of this candidate as the programme progresses."
It is reasonable to suppose that the BoD will agree a form of words with GSK/CRT which at least clarifies the position for the half year Trading Statement.

Assuming the GSK deal is approved we can expect confirmation from Sierra later this evening and an update, which may or may not reference SRA737, from GSK tomorrow. We shall have to wait and see whether Tim takes the opportunity to issue a confirmatory RNS….

Bill - the BoD have always been very careful not to get caught up in the Covid frenzy and have presented a typically cool position. That said, the updated Overview page on the website clearly suggests that the intention is to progress 1801 in Autoimmune AND Covid. Noting that the RNS re the part Agile funded Covid study was issued on 1st July 2021. Just have to wait and see what the experts/consultants come up with!
