There has been little mention recently of Sareum’s Aurora FLT3 however it seems there are a number of FLT3 targets being progressed which may all bode well for us particularly if the formulation issues have been addressed.

Very interesting to note that Mark Kowalski, Chief of Research and Early Development at Sierra has been terminated, particularly given the pivotal stage for the company both with Momly and more importantly for Sareum, SRA737.

For the first time in nearly a decade, the FDA has approved a new type of checkpoint inhibitor to treat certain patients with cancer.
The drug, developed by Bristol Myers Squibb and known as relatlimab, is approved for patients with metastatic melanoma or melanoma that can’t be treated with surgery. It’s given in combination with Opdivo, Bristol’s blockbuster PD-1 inhibitor.
Marketed as Opdualag, the antibody combo will cost $27,389 per infusion. A Bristol spokesperson said the price is in line with other combination treatments for metastatic melanoma.

Listening to Dilly's Oppenheimer presentation 20:47 - reference to SRA737 but no sense of anything whatsoever planned in the near term!
Astonishing that ICR/CRT are content with the status quo given that SRA737 is effective in a number cancers with no current treatment options. Sareum has no contractual leverage but ICR/CRT do!

The question must be whether these results are the catalyst for Sierra to announce the commencement of SRA737 trials.

Yet another bunch of inducement grants! There are going to be a lot of very disgruntled employees if Dilly doesn’t pull something out the bag soon. Stocktwits indicating that Sierra’s 10-K to be published tomorrow. Interesting to see if they are declaring accruals in respect of the SRA737 milestones.
