The worst part for Swedish shareholders is that we all know the SP will bounce once the selling stops.

So if you can take advantage of the drop look at it as a good opportunity. And If you can find a easier way to hold the stock in Sweden then sit on it and wait it out.

I say put the EP over the top of Bressay and start production as soon as we possibly can, that would be a relatively low cost addition to our daily production that can be offset against the EPL. rather that than give our profits to the government.

EnQuest should have offered to buy the Swedish shares at a set price if those share holders wanted to sell.

maybe they are waiting for 10p either way its not shareholder friendly.

there is nothing stopping us from starting buybacks now, only the target set by the board.

At $90 oil prices and a market cap of just £280m, Huge Tax credits and assets that will return FCF around $450m a year for the next 10 years we must be looking extremely attractive.

I’m sure buybacks have to be announced and approved by shareholders beforehand but we have already done that by ticking the box at the AGM and or in shareholders accounts. The announcement was done in the past Updates by stating shareholder returns will commence in the near future.

Could EnQuest be buying stock back currently or do they have to announce a buyback program beforehand? Is there a law against that ?

Harbour is the most likely candidate and is yet to include green energy to its portfolio and SVT along with our Tax credits and expertise in squeezing oil from oil fields fits the bill perfectly.

With a offer of £600m we really are a steel

The only explanation I can come up with for delisting in Sweden is simplifying the company for a sale or merger.
