It looks like Cobas has increased their holdings again according to the Enq web site. At the last market notification on the 20/12/2023 they increased holdings to 5.44%

Today they hold 6.2% - Can't be down to the cancellation of 25m share (buybacks) as that doesn't add up. Unless I've missed a notification.

We are currently sitting at joint 467 with 3 other aim companies

Part of this transformational plan has to be aiming to get the company back into the FTSE 250 and out of the small cap gutter but we'd need to increase the market cap by almost double what we currently are.

Come on AB get this deal done

Dumbly agreed we probably do have a bit more competition now for producing assets in the NS since the budget but pre budget was a different story I bet there wasn't many so AB could have had a period to drive a hard bargain and lets hope he has.

People are waiting for this deal to land before they commit to throwing cash in here now, For AB Its been hard in the past to buy assets from a position of weakness and having to rush them through for obvious reasons but it must be even harder now to buy from a position of strength picking the best of the bunch and driving the price down for maximum value, its why its taking so long.

The boots are on the other feet now and AB will make the right move for us but we have to be patient.

We shouldn't have to wait too much longer for the first deal to land.

Currently we are basically a debt zombie company paying the bond holders big interest payments and the robbers in government nothing left for us being the owners and the poor shareholders that stumped up our hard earned to keep the company afloat over the years.

We need to hurry the Frack up and put the cash in the bank to work, it’s costing us a lot of money just sitting there especially with inflation rising.

We need this deal done before Christmas.

Agreed both main parties are made up up of people who don't have any understanding of what's actually required to run a country or how to look after the people they represent. I don't see either party as a Labour party nor a Tory party both lost their way years ago.

Farage seems the only person out there who will make decisions the country needs and because the public have such a dislike to both main parties he will annihilate the rest in the run up to the next election they will hand it to him on a silver plate if they don't step back from this green bankrupting idiotic lunacy.

Anyway I had a good chat with Craig yesterday and I’m happy on what’s going on behind the scenes, looking forward to next year and some long awaited shareholder value and maybe a nice dividend/buyback package after we land a deal or 2

There’s a lot going on behind the scenes at the moment, Enquest couldn’t do anything about the issue with Magnus other than to take over the repair from the third party straight away and get it sorted, the drilling delay were due to Waldorf not agreeing to the investment, anyway looking at it all from a different perspective it’s actually good news and will add to our FCF next year

We are moving in the right direction and AB is applying pressure on Waldorf’s receivers to part with K and one or two of their other assets, it’s obvious they want to sell the asset portfolio as one but we don’t want that as some are obviously not profitable.

I’m expecting a deal to land before year end.

Unless they believe Kraken can hold production rates next year and we are better off using the cash somewhere else like this transformational deal if it ever happens.
