Our SP was over 30p with Brent still trading in the 20's ! Almost $40 now and the SP hasn't moved.

Once Brent breaks $40 then PMO and the other oillies will breakout the range they have been bound and then rally hard again.
50p could come within a couple of week again. Same pattern as 2016

Back in Feb 2016 Brent was roughly where it is today, our SP was about the same as today, but within a month the SP climbed back into the 50's following Brent up into to mid 40's.

Looks like Enq, TLW and PMO will breakout of the current range this week, oil has moved up $8 without any of the oiliies moving in fact both PMO and TLW have lost ground.
Looking very strong here.

We have had many attempts at 32p and failed, but oil is looking much stronger as demand returns, people are going back to work, planes will be back in the air next month and OPEC will agree on keeping the cuts in place for the next 2 months.
The risk factor is dropping each day now so I expect oillies to start making a steady return towards pre Covid prices by the end of the year.

Breakout looming here, we could very well start seeing a re-rate back towards a quid, demand is returning to normal and the planes will be back in the air in July.
Brent at $65 come Christmas

Once this gets above 32p this should breakout and next stop is 40p

Let’s remember that PMO are NOT asking shareholders for cash to save the company, they MAY ask shareholders to invest to purchase a huge asset at a much lower price of it value that in turn will help pay down the outstanding debt much quicker.
Imagine our production rates over 100,000 barrels a day with a rising oil price ?
Then once the debt is below $1b the company can start a share buy back scheme.

Rigs down another -22, phase 1 deal still underway

Is Brent closes above $36 Tonight then it will have officially broken resistance and a move towards $40 is likely.
