I wonder if ARCM are taking the opportunity to reduce their short position ? Wouldn’t surprise me if we see them rapidly reducing now.

The market hasn't punished PMO for the TU today in fact quite the opposite, holding back as much production this year is the best thing we can do along with reducing OPEX as much as possible. PMO can easily ride out this storm and by the looks of it our lenders are very willing to help.
Oil prices are unsustainable at current levels so prices will rise with or without demand rising, you can only produce oil at a loss for so long before the inevitable happens.
I'm still calling $100 oil at some point next year

At least we ain’t pumping at the high end, reducing reserves at the time of low oil prices.

Oh well, let’s wait for higher oil prices then

Demand is returning - I call BS to Neil Wilson, how can he say that with all the countries opening back up, airlines planning to do the same within weeks. The US 80% opened up, everyone using their cars rather than public transport. China now burning through 10m barrels a day again. All he has to do is stick his head out the window and look at the traffic.
My industrial estate where we are based is flat out again
