I doubt very much now that any dilution will happen until next year or until the oil price is much higher ARCM are the ones playing with the SP and could end up biting them in the arse as higher oil prices attract waves of investors here causing them to reduce exposure to a short squeeze, imagine if a hedge fund or large investor started to build a large long position how would ARCM cover that, TD ain’t going to do them any favours now in fact he may want to shove it up them

After Opec decided to accept that shale wasn't going anywhere and they agreed to cut in 2016 the world burnt through the huge glut in 8 months and oil went from $30 to $85 in under a year even with Iran pumping 4m as well.

After the price war in 2016 we had way over 100m barrels of floating storage and everyone still pumping flat out along with new assets coming on line, we now don't have enough new assets coming online to cover the declining fields across the rest of the world, forget Shale they will max out at say 14m but that will be nowhere near enough to cover the rest.
We are heading towards a super cycle again caused by the past 6 years of over supply and lack of investment.
