They are wrong that only applies if both oil and gas go under the mechanism for 2 consecutive 1/4’s set out by the conservatives when they introduced the windfall tax, Gas prices are very unlikely to fall so it’s unlikely that the EPL will be ending early

HBR must now make the decision to leave the U.K. completely and list in the US, sell all U.K. assets and focus on projects elsewhere.
