We are currently producing between 150 bpd and 160, to reach 5000 bpd we need 25 wells producing 200bpd, if we get 100 bpd that’s 50 wells.

Let’s do the maths, 5 mil to get a well into production, 25 wells thats 125 million….. based on them all being a success and producing 200 bpd.

Unless you get someone with an ultra aggressive timeline that’s going to be 7-10 years away prob more when you factor in dusters when they have to move into wildcat territory….

I agree if you trade this share you can make money. But I doubt derampers don’t send the sp down.

The sp was flowed at 800 bpd but we have 150 bpd why do you think the sp has declined really?

I’m not a deramper I’m trying to be in the middle, I’m a trader who looks at the short term, in the next few months the they want to do three flow tests which can all be catalysts to the sp. Hopefully I’ll see my gains of 20-30% could even get more if this goes on a run. Buying in at these levels I doubt I’ll lose any money.

Historically this share has been a dog, constant issues and still ongoing issues re payment. I can’t praise management or what they have done to date. You may feel the company has done well but I feel their are better run companies out their.

The sp shot up before after drilling was complete when they started the flow testing, I’m expecting this to do the same this time. It should be an exciting time time for Panr investors over the coming months.

TBT the best way to judge a companies future is to look at its past. Why do you think companies like microsoft apple etc do so well they have produced consistently over the years so has earned the trust of the investors.

They have smashed it over the years so experts expect that to contuie into the future.

Look at the 5 year chart here it’s understandable peoples concerns.

I’ll be honest I very much doubt the lth will get their money back on this share it’s only those getting in at these prices that will make anything however I can see this doing a good 30-40% once heron 2 testing starts so I’m looking forward to the coming months with this company. It’s so beaten down any positive news will send it flying.

Confirmation of payment from Petro China will help the sp also.

Yeah them size companies can go crazy and take off even if a rumour can be enough to send it flying.

Master you might be able to answer this, it seems that Heron 1 producing 150 bpd is deemed good in the area when other companies are getting 20,000 bpd so why do the Chinese and Mongolians go after such low levels or is it just because they want their own oil rather than importing it from abroad?

I doubt a jv will be signed before we complete the work overs. If we can prove that heron 2 flows commercially it helps our arguement that further wells with heron will be a success.

The other wells are brucie bonuses, if they come good helps the company, a company with 3 producing wells is better than a company with 1 priducing wells.

They might be reviewing data but I very much doubt anything will be signed before this years work over.

Last year in November they spud on 11th Nov the SP was 28.2 pence (They raised at 22 pence I believe)

On 10th December they released an RNS stating a discovery which pushed the SP from 23.45 (closing price on the 9th to 26 pence.

22nd January they gave another update to say they were going to do 4 different flow tests the SP by then was 39 pence

14th April Announced a duster the SP was at 52 pence, at the peak it reached 70 pence on 14th March.

It seems the smart money last year got in after the successful spud, this year the SP was at 23.3 on the day they spud currently its at 24.5 so I've gained a penny for the risk something went wrong in the first two weeks of the spud. Hopefully it will start to take off once the spud is complete and they announce a discovery.

Its perked up a bit last few days, hopefully that tweet yesterday settles people down that the drilling is going well. Last year it took off after the drill was completed so we just have to sit and hold this one.
