Noggers I believe this is more of a loan you buy notes based on what they offer to buy them back later, they are not issuing shares yet but that doesn’t mean they won’t, and notes maybe converted to stock.

Long term this only hurts us if we don’t get the option, where its limited to select holders.

Was a LTH but decided to sell up, 22% profit but just not comfortable with the whole news thing and major outlets starting to close doors on Boo, I am sure they will survive and may even have a sprint given the profits/results and reach. Shame really.

I may regret it, but i cashed in here, 28% profit 3 weeks, I’m not greedy maybe even jump back in if it retreats. .

Sometimes SP moves make no sense, I was originally in 4D at 80p, took profit saw it tumble, didnt top up and watch it rise. Since that we see insiders invested some from 2018 at current prices, and no TR1s, we see a positive RNS, and the SP dives 30%+, I am absolutely buying in again but this time I’m in for the LT

I haven’t posted much but for what its worth here is my view.
A return to lending is inevitable, its a question of when and under what terms with full alignment of FCA. (And or FOS)
CMCs continue to submit complaints, also a question on where FCA / FOS will land, some level of reasonableness is also inevitable but this remains the single biggest risk.
Behind us is the 1% daily RNS/Sell off, and also some of the at best questionable BoD members have gone. All of which led to the crazy low market cap.
OK so this will not recover to past highs for a a very long time, but at this level I can’t help this the worse is behind for those invested.

@Jimmy - before judging JB understand that he was a shareholder like us but far bigger and also the main founder of AMGO, he was cornered, unable to vote and ignored by the board while watching his value dry up. I would think that would have driven anyone let alone a major stakeholder founder to be volatile.

Well there goes the current BoD’s one and only ace to play! With skin in the game I don’t think its the last we will hear of GC. May well be the magic JB.GC partnership many of us hoped for....

Pumped ahead of the share issue, I’m bought in a but not heavily. Won’t be adding here with the games being played, is hard to trust this share after that.

Bought at 15p awhile back, sold the lot at 23p now back in at 17.7 with hope of news on good progress soon. One decent RNS is all this needs to jump.
