Troublesome ..it appears some are more easily manipulated than others or jump to conclusions without any DD. I’m sure that most retail investors are more than capable of some independent thought , though i must say the board of this company often treats them as if they don’t with their big red capitals !

On voting , ISS recommend voting for the resolution to put ACHTMANN on the board but against ALL the other resolutions.That is a fact whatever the media or Nanoco rns craft it to be.

They do not say that ISS has advised against all resolutions…you did.

If you don’t see you are patently wrong then it’s a waste of time.

But what you posted was not fact and I believe deliberately misleading.

I call people who post material inaccuracies out..yes. If it is clear in the rns that a Hamoodi resolution is recommended and someone posts that the advice to vote against all resolutions then that sort of triggers a response.
