200% of salary now means rather more shares should be held than at the start of the year!
BT has been an executive for 5 years now and has C ÂŁ200k of shares taken up almost all as a result of share option awards.
“The increase in pay for Brian Tenner on taking up the role of CEO was made in two tranches: the first increase to £250,000 occurred in FY22 eleven months after taking up the role, and the second, to £275,000, commences in FY23.”
He has been an executive for over 5 years now , how long to get to the in service requirement shareholding of 200% of base salary ? He has received
