When options vest, it means you’ve “earned” them, though you still need to purchase them.

So it will not apply to all the outstanding options that have not been “earned” ie met criteria set for them to vest , but may apply to a small amount that have actually already vested unclear on the amount. May not be many some directors exercised and sold sufficient to pay the tax last year. Might try to work out how many shares could be involved ..but not too concerned.

The capital distribution is entire in their control , they have the money they have reiterated their intention to pay out £33m-£40m they aren’t ready to do it , can’t think whose responsibility it is but theirs?

I want accurate communications not made up timelines and massive grey areas.

The integrity of saying they would give more detail of how they would distribute the capital in January and the fact we are now mid Feb and nothing is indeed questionable!!

Maxi perfectly reasonable to hold the management to account , a management that should be trying to get some investor confidence back and looking like they are putting shareholders ( all of them ) first..their loose approach to meeting any timetable and taking their time on something where thy are in control and there is no excuses is not the best look.

It not me correcting other posters and telling them how to read…but if you stuck to facts you would appreciate that shareholders are entitled to consider the distribution to be later than expected as its difficult to see however they do this unless they announce very soon it will start getting tight in having any money distributed even by the end of March at which point they will have sat on the funds for over 2 months.

Nanoco more than anyone should be making every effort to meet their guidance having seen so many things miss in the past.

Assuming there is a GM called for shareholders to vote on distribution that takes 21 clear days notice , if passed they would then have to distribute the documentation to give shareholders a choice if it involves b shares or a tender.

An on market buyback could commence after the GM.

A special dividend would not require a vote but would require notice and could likely be effected within 3/4 weeks.

They are unprepared to deliver on commencing the Distribution shortly after the second tranche was received as they originally stated.

Making out things haven’t slipped is just odd because there is evidence that they have.

Not they say the distribution would COMMENCE shortly after the receipt of the second tranche..for this to have been possible they would have had to organise and announce before the receipt ..some they directly answered a shareholder at the results presentation would be announced in January. There is no point in picking the latest goal post move to say it was always Q1 and learn to read..because it was not always Q1 at all.

I’m presuming the cash flow positive statement is moving into a cash flow positive position during CY2025 not being cash flow positive for CY2025..quite a different prospect.

It would be great to have more to go on so one could try to work out where revenues might grow ..but apart from one small order and expect orders to grow gradually.

All subject to whether we have materials in there at all..i think there is a very high possibility but can’t be sure.

Mentioned before that the global roll out is not far away which should be a second wind to sales..so IF Nanoco has materials in the VP one should hope that the initial small ( satisfied in weeks ?) materials contract is replicated ..if the small amount sold takes them through global launch it’s going to be a long haul getting revenues up ?
