When the date of the announcement. The money still left in the bank would that not be returned to the shareholders ?
As I suppose it is theirs.
Surely there must have been money in the bank as they said they had money until the end of the year

Bloodshot sadly all is lost , there is absolutely nothing that can be be done, all you can do is make some people aware of what has happened and try and muddy the name of ally, but he’s got thick skin and a lot of money so is it worth it.

On another note I can’t think of the reason just yet but taking the company private as an ongoing concern will still require the same amount of funding, so I can’t understand why he didn’t just give the company a loan as to keep it going will pay dividends as his shares will become more valuable.
And he must think that it is viable as why would he buy it ?

There is so much work involved in going through the process to find an end result, getting to the end result, if it can be achieved will also take some money.
and if you get there, if its money to be returned to the shareholders then i very much doubt there will be any.

The only consolation you may get is winning in court and namming and shaming them. not sure you will get this but your choice

Putney was a very knowlegeable person, brought a lot of good information to the table, problem is you couldnt tell him anything, always argued against any negativety this share was going to sky rocket and make everyone rich, and it could have done but for some reason that we will never know, it didnt.
But if you look back on the news there is a pattern this was coming. the new rules in india was the icing on the cake for future.
irrespective how much biranyi and ali are worth, it is obvious they either cant raise the money themselves or they can see to much money is needed to get this up there.

shares are suspended but the company can and will keep trading while it has the money to do so.
all hangs on whether Koovs can get some refinancing, if they can they will inform the london stock echange and be relisted but if they cant then it will go into adminstration, simple as.
