In the AGM today it was anounced the funding round will commence straight away
So as from Monday onwards we could see a RNS at any moment of the first investor of the next round and details of the investment!
Then the share price will rocket

having gone through all RNS in sept and oct, I can not see anything regarding the new website.
regarding funding, yes slightly late on the canadian but not by much, so nit picking there.
regarding the other funding, yes one investor was lined up but because of his religous background, he couldn`t participate due to the issues of the lottery, once this was complete, he was willing to step in still, but due to the fact Tintra wasn`t in the frame to be buying a company, they didn`t want the extra funds. thats why the subscription wasn`t met. which was to our benefit do you not agree ?
so some of your points seem to me a bit trivial and I dont agree with what you say.
i`m quite happy in the job RS is doing and statements, we have gone from aprox 1 RNS per quarter from St James to 5 per month on average from TINTRA.
A clear strategy, very informative, new heads of substantial backgrounds, brought onto the board one of the most eminent names in AI. patent applications, bank licences etc etc etc.
More has been achieved here in the last 12 months,
or (15 months to your knowledge !) from Tintra than ever before.
SHARE PRICE HAS GONE FROM 20P TO AS HIGH APROX £3.80
if you didn`t sell and make some money thats your fault.

But one thing for sure TINTRA has brought a stability to this ship

as far as I see the only hiccup was the delay in the transfer of the lottery, and to a lesser extent, the one week delay in the new website.
I can see why they cant disclose details of the patent work as they don`t want to make it public, for obvious reasons.
unless there are other deadlines missed that I might have missed then please alert me to them because at this moment in time, RS seems to have done everything as it says on the tin.

And yes I am waiting with eager to see any news and trading statements from now until a week on friday

We have an 18-24 month view through to the end of the Series B round and I want the market to view this, as I have suggested both in the press and earlier announcements, that what we are running here a US style fintech model. No decisions we are making are about what the impact will be tomorrow, but what they will be in one or two years from now. The market should now view the company as a fintech focused on scale and growth.



We are solving a defined need, with a clear strategy and have the support of many key players in doing so. I have spoken to a number of Governments across the emerging world about our intentions and today I am meeting with a senior delegation from another government to address how we can assist their countries.

Speaking personally, I have no interest in what the share price is doing today or tomorrow, we have been validated by some of the biggest thinkers in the space and we truly believe we are building something that is going to be a game changing technology. I am however extremely interested in what the share price does in two, five years and ten years from now. That is the horizon that guides my thinking.



We are uniquely placed to solve this problem, and our strategy has been endorsed already by major VC's, major name family offices, banks and even the Governments I mention above.



Businesses solving 25% of the problem that we are attempting to solve have multi-billion dollar valuations. Now does that mean we will end up there? I can't say that we will as it would be speculation. But do I think that if the markets value what we're doing on the same metrics as are increasingly found in the VC space, then I believe it's possible. But then again, I am biased in extremis let's not forget!

RS clearly states he is only intereted in the share price 2,5 and 10 years from now.

everything he has posted to do he has. I really cant see why any negative issues should be raised at this point as clearly there hasn`t been any and we are at least 13 month before the first point in his road map before we can argue to what may or may not have happened.
everything seems to be good on his dream.
from now until friday we should get some news and defo the trading figures.

I’m not so sure I’d agree with that statement.
Without looking , I know there was rumblings before November but from what I can remember, November was when most of the action work was anounced.
I think he said he wasn’t bothered about the price then but he would be bothered about the price in 18 -24 months from then.
Well we are only 9 months into the programme.
He has stated things are moving at pace aNd clearly they are as patents have been applied for.
I can’t see what has gone wrong or mislead in anyway.
The share price is out of his control. He is delivering on his promises so not sure where you expect the share price to be.
He has said he will show us in due course. Which I get and understand .
For me the work is very much in progress.
Perhaps you may want to go back to mediacorp da s or poss gaming corp .
Which team would you prefer ?

Rome wasn’t built in a day as we all know.
Things take time and everything what RS has posted before has happened.
The road is long and windie. Looking forward to next week and hopefully a little more insight into the dream.
I’m quite interested to know the turnover of the company and profits since they took over from st james.
After all this was a legitimate company that could also be built up.
The AI is the dream and possible icing on the cake

I didn’t think razzle had that many shares,
I agree with you regarding number of shares in free float, I also agree with you about a private investe accumulating that many.
Wouldn’t make sense on past performance.
