Avacta are rewriting the rule book here, so under the new findings are the old rules & regulations being tore up ?

AVA6000 has a unique and novel way of administration and the drug travels around the body but only being released in the cancer.
So would the level you mentioned be redundant under the new findings ?

If the lifetime max in normal administration which effects toxicity into the heart etc.
Is now targeted directly into cancer tumours with our new method. Toxicity not being “ observed so far in the heart “
Would the past recommendations be re written and thrown out of the window ?

We have the guaranteed £10m funding of the CLN
We’ve taken £3m of that already .
We are hoping £10m comes into our account in the next 10 days that is contracted up and waiting for the SPV vehicle.
I believe we are hoping and certainly looking for the other £15m
RS has mentioned they have been in talks worldwide with other new investors hoping to sign some deals after the Xmas holiday period and on top of that RS has mentioned that under the new more difficult funding climate any additional money above the £25m in which Tintra is trying to raise will be taken to push the company forward at greater pace

Each day the share goes up or down the price per share for the investment will also alter.
Therefore tintra may have to take an average over a number of days.
We will not know the details until the news arrives
So we can only guess.
The £12.50 figure was mentioned by an investor at the AGM
So I’m presuming when the last RNS was anounced and the words that were mentioned was materially in line with earlier estimates, I’m taking that the funding will be around the said figure, give or take a little !!!

For someone to hand over $25m for only 10%, must be told some serious Information and belief what they are doing is truly game changing .
If you didn’t believe what RS is telling you then you ain’t going to give him $25m
So if we get it then.
surely this is the share of the century is it not, or potentially ?
The same went for the first set of investors, there was even less info on what we know now.
But they put their hands in their pockets !!!

Hence why so many bullish messages on this board !!!

I think we will get funding on or around £12.50 per share
Whether we get the full amount, I’m not sure.
But it will be positive funding news and will take us further down the road to the next funding round of around $50m
