I simply do not understand how a CEO as cute and savvy as FM can tolerate his companys share capital being bug****d about by MMs as is the case on this bent Market. Time to move-and it should be a priority. I think FM is beyond criticism generally but this seems to be his blind spot. Not crucial as to the fundamentals but looking after those who have been faithful to the future of the company ( as well as looking after their own interests-true) should be a priority

Seems tough on them, but it is the law. With so much going on at present-refer to was it BBN or Rich Ken's list- seems likely the directors will not be able to buy for quite a while, much as they would undoubtedly like to profit from the stupid SP at present.
As one would expect of Fortune and the board, probity.
Something MMs could do with observing!!

Interesting that at the end of the article a something using the avatar Kinso seeks to downplay the greater competitiveness of VRFBs as against Lithium (flames)Ion. I wonder whether he was paid to do so? However his stupid comment was promptly shot down by a person with initials MN. I wonder if that is the MN I think it is. Well done anyway
KN
Nick many thanks, Great interview.I repeat that we need a button when describing what sort of prospect the shares are , we need abutton saying you must be daft if you dont buy!
The furteur is brighter today than ever and is getting brighter
KN
do you have a link?
KN
ABSOLUTELY!!
My page of transactions is hugely blue -something like 450 000 buys against hardly any sales and they drop the price.
Mad! The sooner we are away from this corrupt market and its destroyers, not makers , the better.
Interesting that if you look back through the footnoted articles a chap called McGregor said in 2017, when contrasting competing Lithium batteries with VRFBs-
"Flow to grow?
Flow batteries store energy in liquid form. McGregor claims the electrolytes in his firm’s machines “never degrade”, making them “infrastructure assets”. He believes that will bring debt finance into the storage market.
“It is very hard to finance a battery. If your battery degrades, you have to throw out 100% of that capital cost. So it is not a long-term asset.”
If , added to that as mentioned in the Avalon article , Los Angeles fire department don't like Lithium large scale in residential districts because of the inherent fire risk, it seems a no brainer that VRFBs will win the day--IF the playing field is level, which it probably will not be.
But I believe merit will win the day and MN is well placed to push BE forward binging BMN more to the fore in the process. Hence I sell not one share.
If we all stand united , if we can ( obviously need dictates some will sell), then I think the company and its share price will soar. Just my view DYOR

Alfa,
Forgive my ignorance but if it costs that much to build a mine and a processing plant, and we have two mines and plants as I understand it, that means our assets , ignoring the stuff in the ground , are $600m in value, which is much more than our market Cap just now, without taking account of yearly profits an P/e Ratios and all that accounting stuff. Surely some genius in the stock market must realise this and so our SP should be even more than SP Angel's 82p, or have I got it wrong?
1.2 billion shares, $600million plant value+ stuff in ground plus multiplier of profits each year, and some pillocks question whether the company can survive!! Surely on asset value alone we should be over £1.00. I am but an ignorant penpusherbut perhaps some accountant might summarise what our value is, so we can divide that by 1.1billion to see how asset backed each share is?

Compliments to admin! offending posts gone very quickly, on a Sunday too. This board is too good a place for people who wish to disrupt and add nothing. Compliments to the good and sensible posters who share information generoulsy. All we need now is for Aim to be controlled by admin too and perhaps disruption of the share price would end!
I worry that with worldwide lockdown some banks will fail. I hope FM does not have the company's cashpile all in one bank. Sure I need not worry but do we know which is the companys bank? Hopefully neither Italian or French!!
KN
It figures!
Good!
Quite- my filter folder seems to be getting larger by the day. Pity it is necessary to maintain my blood pressure!
KN
Didn't FM say that stone coal production was uncompetitive with Bushveld's prices- see Gambits good post at 0753 today.?
KN
Please forgive my ignorance, but why do these occur? Is it because the MM's book is not balancing? If on 12th March we had , as we did , a second and final, extension , how come today we have 2 more? Does this support Alfa's contention that the MMs are playing games and have lost their ball? If they lost the ball twice in 12 days are they fit to be allowed to continue playing? Don'twant to stray into numpty's area of expertise, but can we not have the mms sent off?

So, the two engine driving economies of the world are driving hard-China to make up lost ground post virus and USA to ward off the depression which all seem to expect as a result of the virus. Surely the 2 engine drivers will cause depression avoidance?
In any event I would , in these weird times, prefer to have my percentage of a good company which will be worth more in terms of pounds irrespective of the great strides it will make than pound notes which are devaluing before our eyes with more being printed. Cash is not just now king . Shares in companies are princes in waiting and if , as with Bushveld, the company is going to have spectacular growth, the prince will not just become a king but an emperor of the energy storage world, at which stage one can switch back into the greater, proportionately, number of pounds if you wish. I am possibly wrong in my reading of the economics but not about Bushveld. Correction of my view , welcome.

Yes, They seem to be keeping things from us ordinary punters!
I cease at 191 as well :-(
Alfa,
It was hard work buying them ! I bought £10k-easy through iii at 1048hrs, then £10k more at 1049 ( not reported as far as I can see) Then when I tried the 3rd £10k, none available so i bought £1k at 1052, then no market, then £3k at 1054,then |£6k at 1055 Then no market for £10k , so £5k at 11.11 and finally £5k at 1113 at very nearly ( not live price now)m 11p.
It was like pulling teeth!
Kn
Good morning all. If the UKgovernment is shelling money it does not presently have out in all directions so that the pound slips against the dollar and as Bushy sells its stuff in $$, the profit expressed in ££ will be higher? N'est ce pas (In French for FB and Bella!). So confident am I in the blindingly bright future of this company under its already great BoD, strengthened yesterday by the new non-ex director, that I have this morning bought nearly 380000 future ££ at just over 10p each. Total spend £40k, but pounds are going down while BMN is on the way up. Sadly not for me beneficially, but for another .
China is back working, the virus will be temporary and FTSE will fly. I am not on anything!! Just mega positive re this great company.

As I was going down the stair,
I met a market that wasn't there,
It wasn't there again today,
Oh how I wish I could get away!
It aint a market its a cesspit/bear garden
Please forgive the frustrated whimsy!
I am a trustee of several funds with money to invest. Quite substantial money.
I would love to invest it -or at least a substantial proportion of it into Bushveld and Invinity.
Knuttie correctly says Aim is not for widows and orphans (potential beneficiaries of my funds).
If only Bushveld and Invinity were on the main index I , and I suspect many other trustee and corporate investors would jump at the chance to become part of this exciting journey.
Coincidentally it would rescue us from the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune-grabbing Market Makers.
So, If anyone at Bushveld reads this board, please heed this heartfelt plea and get on with having the company listed on a civilised exchange SOONEST!
May I invite recommends in great numbers to drive this message home. ( NOT personal aggrandisement)
In the alternative, what companies on the main index are safe "green" Companies in which to invest? The funds are burning a hole in my pocket and I want to set them working.
