Allegedly to re-focus itself as a broader energy company. I wonder if they have heard of a company currently going extremely cheaply if the share price is to be believed!
Daft our price given the intrinsic value and future prospects.
Ah well -Patience is a virtue etc.
Our time will come and when it does I feel it will be a rocket journey. Per Ardua ad astra!!
Thank you for cleaning our board relatively swiftly
And thank you Pdub for your unstinting defence of this company against the mindless misleading idiot trolls. They are either that or wicked bored people with nothing better to do than try to upset genuine investors.
You have continually confronted these pervs nothwithstanding you must be feeling poorly. Hope all is improving for you.

BB,
Agree. The drum needs to be banged !And loud and hard.
I have previously compared our SP to that of Fevertree. That company has profits in last report £75.6 million. Market Cap £2.44 BILLION. Not sure what fixed assets that company has, if any significant.
We have profits of £69.2 million- our Market cap ca. £170 MILLION-Assets worth $185MILLION.
The pricing of the shares- Fevertree £20.75 ish, Bushveld £0.145p
The market is either b****y daft , ignorant or fixed/crooked.
However Fevertree do pay a small dividend.
Prospects for further growth Bushveld due to triple production.
Fevertree expecting 25% growth of sales.
Take your pick! I prefer to expect capital growth from my holding in Bushveld and would add more if I had the cash
How come all the clever stockbrokers don't see the prospect?

I hope , folk will forgive me but I visited IES site and they are up over 25% today , so I could not stop myself from being mischievous and I posted the following message there in the hope that investors there might look at BMN-
"Never posted here before. Am a shareholder in BMN which has 8.71% of IES. Your price is flying -delighted to see. Your VRFBs will require Electrolyte. Hopefully your company will be sourcing this through BMN and so I and many other swish you well and hope your success will rub off onto the ridiculously cheap BMN share price.

Thoughts with you
If anyone can beat it, you will.
To borrow your oft read words.
"Just my opinion", but know this- ALL genuine posters are pulling for you!

So to spell it out for those not quite attuned, that means huge demand for steel =huge demand for vanadium, which quite probably = huger profit for the company which should , with any normal stock exchange, mean an increase in value per share.

Much better than Mr Musks plaything!
Reading my Daily Torygraph Business section this morning, I see that L V are considering demutualising and they are talking about selling themselves for £1billion. Oh Yeah!!!! They made £15 million profit in their last report.
Remind me how much profit did Bushveld make previously ? And one understands ( but sadly we are being left in the dark for too long ) that in the year about to report we will be making significantly more than £15million.
We have just over 1.15Billion shares in issue. So one one years profit alone , with no amount added in for assets and resources , if Bushveld were to sell itself like LV now there should be a price of (assuming 45 million profit)3 billion pounds to divide between 1.15 billion shares.
Our share price £0.135p !! IRRATIONAL !!
Let us hope for stunning news in the year ends.

Good night all-Tomorrow will be a good day- First of many I hope!
Good find Goble--
I feel a bit like a surfer , just catching the wave.
I know their research will show VRFBs superior to Lith-ion, because they are! And if they are funded by private equity , as they are then the longevity of sustems matters.
I suppose one should put money where mouth is 35650 bought at £0.1404
had enough already , but at these prices only the timid would hold back

Cheers Pdub. Stay strong and positive as ever. Colonel Sir Tom is an inspiration. Tomorrow will be a good day.

Alfacomp: First of all, my compliments to you on your informative and knowledgable post
I fully understand and indeed am pleased at the reticence of our BoD to bang the drum when engaged in delicate negotiations to acquire Enerox. Only a fool would say " Look at me -I am rich and very successful" while negotiating with a failing adversary.
Just as well you are here on the BB to inform and reassure all LTHs that their patience will be rewarded by rational information which the BoD would announce loudly , if it were in the interests of ALL sahreholders to do so.
What little I can add is my saying to all holders " Have patience. Have faith. The BoD are very capable guys as has been proven. Hold your shares . Add if you can. You will be richly rewarded for your understanding"

Spot on Knuttie
Price now should be 14.125p
Bent market!!

If as the article states red tape is delaying orders, and if that red tape stems from NERSA making sure the storage facilities are safe, I am heartened by this because by no stretch of the imagination can NERSA believe Lithium Ion systems to be safe. _Just see S Korea's experience. NERSA will have to go for VRFBs . As ever all one requires is patience, but when the Dam is breached the flow will be rapid!
Just my random thoughts from a non technical person

Have not been able to hear it all but the headline itself is intriguing
