Previous message a bit useles without adding the link-was away from my folder-and my chap said--
The link below gives details of how to make a Time to Pay arrangement with HMRC, as you owe less than £30,000 you should be able to set up a plan online.
(However, you will not be chased for a while if the outstanding amount relates to a payment on account).
If you cannot pay your tax bill on time - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
Hope this helps people hang on to their golden tickets at least until we have all the news which must be -ahem-imminent!
And my accountant(who when he did the exams was no1 in the country on tax) gave me a link whereby if your sum due is less than £30k you go on line and propose a payment plan in respect of what you do not pay, thereby avoiding the 5% surcharge.

Off topic-sorry but as everybody else seems to be....
Having had a soft life shuffling paper for the benefit of others all of 52 years-jab tomorrow!-I am left dumbstruck in awe of the brave dedicated frontliners(not the managers) in the NHS at present who risk their lives trying to save others.
Puts all into perspective.!

Sometimes things arrive by e-mail and one thanks heavens for Cookies. Rare
Today , however this appeared and it occurred to me that while I guess the more scientific Bushwackers will know about it there may be merit in sharing the link so that anyone more knowledgeable than I might , if they wish attend. The link is

Apologies -too important to miss!!

Interesting final para of p1 of the attachment to Setcentric's post! Okay dated 1st December, but still a way to go.
"Valuation: Bushveld’s shares are trading at more than a 50% discount to our
risk-adjusted sum-of-the-parts NAV estimate, and its EV (adjusted for the
financing) is just 4.5x our 2021 EBITDA estimate. With considerable (and now
significantly de-risked) production growth to come, and the prospect of firmer
vanadium prices ahead, this offers a compelling entry opportunity, in our view"
Apologies if previously posted-not sure it has beenand too important not to miss!

Thanks Libero- for this and all your othrrefforts/info.

Never too early! The sun is over the yardarm somewhere!

The way the price is crawling forward makes me think of the expression " Being dragged screaming and kicking" in relation to the MMs towards 25p!
Thanks Paludina
Nice to see a post from you again.
I and I am sure others value very highly your informative posts.

Daniel,
I understand your concern but with respect, disagree that this is relevant. Most of the time there has been so much going on with deal making by Fortune that if directors wanted to buy, there will have been hardly any windows of opportunity to do so without breaching insider trading rules. I believe that in any case there have been share incentives- I do not keep a record- which render actual purchase unnecessary . Equally there have been no sales , so no loss of faith! They are not over remunerated so I do not believe we should look for purchases by them.
KN
sweden- You are missing the opportunity to buy at this level with much profit to be had.
See Lionel Green's great posts a while back which tell you and all why this share is ridiculously undervalued until it hits about 40 p, with further rise in prospect as the company goes from strength to ditto.
Just my opinion , but I believe many others on this board share my view.
KN
Bushmaster. You clearly overlook the employee friendly accentuation of measures put in place at the open cast Bushveld mine by Fortune who has clearly demonstrated his care of the workforce in several ways and who has emphasised the importance with which he regards the health of his workers. Yes, S A is a mess but with the growth of good employers such as Fortune , things should improve and the share price should not be adversely affected by the pandemic, as well as the other blights facing S A
Just my opinion as Pdub would say. !
KN
That was my meaning yesterday. Thank you for clarifying and for rattling their cage as is indeed appropriate. I don't use them so they will listen to you, hopefully
And Knuttie, my friend, the knowledge that you have helped others with your enthusiasm for this share, especially me
KN
Rerate long overdue.
C/f price of the product!!

Well! Interesting!
FTSE100 down 1.73%
FTSE250 down 2.11%
FTSE350 down 1.8%
AIM down 0.28%
BUSHVELD MINERALS LTD ...... UP>>>>> okay only 1.67% but it is a signal that we have an exceptionally good investment here in weird times. Surprised Hargreaves Lansdown do not even list us -I could not find BMN there!
The future is Green , Vanadium Battery green, BE and BMN green. Green means GO.
We are the future.
WE buck the trend . and there is still much to be learnt by the markets about what a super investment this will be.

Imports not affected, much. And it is only the drivers who cannot go. Containers can still go. Only temporary to try to bully Bojo into submission anyway.
I reckon the Frogs won't succeed with their tactic, whatever we might each think about Brexit
I am quite attached to the idea of our water , AND the fish in it being ours , not theirs!
