Shareholder approval for the sale of Capita’s 51% interest in AXELOS Limited

Capita is pleased to announce that the resolution proposed at the general meeting of the Company held at 10:30 a.m. on 15 July 2021 (the “General Meeting”), seeking approval for the proposed sale of its 51% interest in AXELOS Limited to PeopleCert International Limited (the “Disposal”), was duly passed by shareholders.

Thats almost a wrap!

Buys way higher than sells again - now is where it gets interesting - TA says next level is 33p - the issue is that the buys set for 33p will be significant

MMs know the TA (better than us all!) and may bluff it to hit stop losses below 33p

Its now a game of chicken - they NEED those shares but do they risk trying to get them at the cost of not honouring the buys?

Tmrw will be very interesting as they gambled on going below the 37p and lost - do they gamble again?

All I know is that they only have 3 weeks (if Aug 4th proves to be the date) to cut their losses

By the time I wake up in Canada this could be anywhere from 32-38p IMHO - would love to fill my last buy order - this is wonderful

Not long to go for the day and MMs short a M shares again on very small volume (3.3M so far)

last few days were 4.9M, 5.0M 10.6M, 6.3M, 6.4M,5.8M

Loiterer - its not just about the volume in the bucket - its the avg cost of those in the bucket

MMs need to sell at a profit like us all

They need to buy lower to fill them - at some point in this 2 week thriller (gone further than I expected but happy as still able to buy even cheaper) their avg is still high - so as I say, they have either done a deal with the 3M quid buyer that they cover the MM losses (remember they were buying at low 40s into high/mid 30s) so covering MMs losses just means their avg is a little higher - say 41/42p in reality

They are happy with that price because they know they will make a lot of money in next year or so (even faster if this PE deal materializes!)

Schroders bought a Million quids worth at 43/44p only a few weeks back

Its getting exciting and so glad I am holding big at a way better avg than Schroeder recent buys!!

MMs still losing and still cant get enough PIs to sell - how many buy orders are in at 33p that they wont fill if they drop it quickly ?

Totally agree that CPI will be a target - have said it for a year

Even better target now that most of the work has been done - take it private, save huge listing costs etc, let the growth continue organically - never a better time to buy it

Only question is price - if my 225M EBIT is materially accurate, then you can add back the cost savings from listing and new contracts, II's will probably then be looking at GBP300M profits

If they PE tried to get it for say 8 times multiple - that values it at 2.4BN (thats 4 times todays Mkt Cap)

If there werent so many major II players in CPI, a cheaper deal could be possible - BUT its not and the IIs will decide what price they want

As I said, I would love a PE deal soon - maybe the 3M quid buyer knows theres a bid coming - nice work if he 4 bags in next few months!

the UT every day is the difference between Buys & Sells into the bucket

MMs have to cover them - ideally with a difference the opposite way the following day - but when buys are constantly higher than sells, they have sold something they dont actually own so to make it right they have to buy to cover it

Just like you selling logs - you can take the money for the logs even if you dont actually have logs to sell - but you know you can get logs tmrw from somebody else - because you dont have a forest that lets you cut your own logs

Same with the shares, they can sell the ones they have from yesterday (when sells were higher than buys) BUT they have to buy tmrw if they sell more today than they have

Problem is as they keep dropping the price, the buy volume has continued to be substantially greater than sells

Weak PIs are getting less - a sharp increase of 10% will flush out more PIs that have stayed strong for 2 weeks

Some will sell - others have to sell

But if you can wait 3 weeks, you will be very thankful you did!!

Tiny volume - still MMs nearly a Million shares short - 1/3 to 2/3 ratio - Ouch

Really hope the buyer that they took this down for is covering any losses for them

Fridays arent often a good day for CPI, but within the next few trading days, MMs will need to take it up 10% to get those weak PIs to think theyve got a good deal and sell

Get your buy orders in for 30p - Cancel any stop losses - there could be a 2 min massive drop before we go up within next few days

Sudnal - think of the Market Makers as a bucket - you sell into that pool and buy out of that pool - every day there is a balance (UT)

not enough time for MMs to take it to 20s IMO before the inevitable rise before H1

Also, the massive buys that would come in would stop that I think as MMs can cover the volumes now!!

With constant Buys being Higher than sells, MMs have to cover those

so the shortfall of shares (Buys v sells)every day from 2 weeks ago, has meant that the MM has to get his hands on stock that hes been forced to sell - he if he buys it higher than he sold at he losses money, so although buys are way higher than sells, he has to keep dropping the price to try and get weak sellers to sell

This is fine for a day or 2, but when Buy Volume has been several times sell volume for 2 weeks, he is now desperate for shares - they need the sells to cover the previous days delta but they have more buys coming in that they either lose money on by taking price up, or keep bluffing the red to get more week sellers.

When it gets too low (maybe touch 32p) there is likley to be a even bigger surge in buying so they can risk that either

Their issue now is that they will soon have to take the price up to get weak sellers to sell on a small rise - PIs that dont understand whats happening, may see a rise to 38p and think great a 10% increase, I will sell now - but its the MMs game

Thats exactly what they want from you

The run up to 4 Aug (if that is confirmed as H1 Release date) will see this share mid to high 40s again (probably) so MMs are running out of time to balance the oversold shares against the demand that will come closer to announcement

From the last RNS about trading update and what JL is saying about 2021, it would be a real surprise if they are not on target to deliver what they have promised

That will then push this share above 50p and hold (IMO)

Look at the technical charts from last year - see the run ups before results

Anyone that thinks SETS prices the market, is living on a cloud - the market decides long term, but MMs manipulate (with brokers etc) what they want - they know how PIs react and play on it

The price was brought down for the 3M quid buyer - maybe the deal was that they will cover any MMs losses in this period, but one thing is certain, with 80% of these shares in IIs hands, they will get their pound of flesh and more from the weak PI who doesnt play the market

THIS is part of the reason I wont now be reducing at 50p (I will trade some in 40s but not reduce)

The cash mountain, the turnaround being delivered and increased profitability, all tells me to not worry about MMs games - keep to my target SP to top slice and my last 120p exit

Those selling are helping MMs cut their losses

That Right Hand Side is traded price - so putting through trades of a quid, 4 quid etc they play the price to make it look better / worse
