Manifesto, this troll won't even answer valid shareholder questions (he has a point I don't have a holding as unable to buy since 2014) ... I have tried and tried.. and won't give up ..but at least some shareholders like you agree with ME
... and it might take two years!! What!!! Nothing ever happens quick here lol
Manifesto, the problem with taking action against BB posters is that I cannot recall it happening anywhere else (especially on two suspended shares - what damage can be done when you are unable to trade..??).. most threads have "trolls" .. whether rampers with baseless share price targets or derampers warning of the dire consequences of investing (the two extremes) or just posters wanting to discuss, ask questions and get answers (not likely here as apparently everything is fine according to the regulars).. so I ask again, what action is valid here against BB posters? Maybe, just maybe, going back to 2015-17 there were various comments that were wrong or damaging - fine - perhaps a case to sue - but why leave it to now? Isn't there a time limit? I really can't see the point of going after posters re recent comments over the last 1-2 years - unless it's to shut down negative debate IF either company is about to try to come back ........... (but then what's the point of a discussion thread if comments can only be made from the bull side??)
BTW there are still the same posters on CTAG and MTV years after delisting... this is not unique ... because either some posters STILL believe in the (faith) chance of relisting or because they want answers or to learn lessons as so to not repeat the mistakes next time.. at least you are posting elsewhere .. I have posted on CLP and LVCG this weekend so I am not a single thread poster - unlike some here ok!
Hepran, the trolls are the ones who will never discuss the companies... strange isn't it? It's either ramp-ramp-ramp or attack another poster - never (!!!!!) about what has happen here and the lack of ANY news!!! BTW I do NOT post on LSE every day on this thread so get your facts right... strange they are all suddenly coming out of the woodwork .. I trust you and others are not receiving information that other shareholders have not!!! If a company acts unlike a proper company should - expect attention !!!!
DavieH, there are two separate types of shareholders here... 1) the ones who traded Worthington and made money before suspension (I traded myself and did ok) OR got in early with Whetstone around 2.5p to 10p and sold out at 20p to 30p and 2) the ones who got stuck in the Worthington suspension and perhaps did not receive the Whetstone shares in time to benefit or did not join Britdaq to benefit .. again before suspension... I am happy to acknowledge that some posters/shareholders did well over the years here... just as I am sure Picto will acknowledge that there are a material number of small shareholders sitting on losses while in suspension and have NOT done well here ... yes?
Manifesto, I guess if you sold out (and usually they do not say when they sell, only when they buy - human nature) and made a profit .. then you are going to have a different view and attitude than the shareholders under water and unable to sell and not knowing when or if they will ever be able to sell! (although some do seem to be in the know - perhaps as a shareholder you should ask for the password for the AE site as you might get news there?) GL because small shareholders usually are the last in the queue (this is a general point)
Thanks for the reply and your research is appreciated by myself and fellow shareholders. Let's hope for some positive developments this month..
I have been thinking the same...but it appears RKB has been doing some digging and hasn't liked what he has found.. missed (expected) deadlines and lack of news on expected events hasn't helped either. I don't recall RKB saying he has reduced his holding but he is doing a brilliant job as a very proactive shareholder..
One other point, the paranoia here and on the other BB is unreal. Vendetta? Not me. Let me make it clear - been on LSE years. Posted on probably over 100 companies. 21,000 posts .. all I am guilty of is an unhealthy interest in one of my former investments. (Because I have been there ...were I been in a suspended share and not getting answers. It also happen again with Debenhams last year). So sorry about it as I understand the annoyance it might cause. But if you gload and attack... I bite back. I just think posters should ask questions on a discussion thread yet for some they just want to sue everyone and not ever (!) question the company. I find it both unique and odd.
TimetobuyWhet (how it's suspended) wrong! I didn't post on LSE all last year until late October. That's ten months so blows you every day comment out the water. I will keep posting until people like you (JJW?) concede the companies could have done things better. That BB posters are not to blame. See the TI comment elsewhere posted today.
"our"? So you are holding again. In-out-in-out shake it all about!!!!
Re post below - so you are expecting a RNS today??
Manifesto, probably connected to the company.. that's the only explanation for anyone never ever saying a word against Whetstone/Worthington dispite suspension and lack of news. The time for patience passed long ago. I do hope you get some form of positive news soon..but the longer the silence drags on the less likely it is GL
I do feel when you are invested in a share, you tend to look at the more positive outcomes - a good way to live imho.. not being invested means you can consider the pros and cons. Too many posts only look at the pros OR the cons .. and do not weigh up both sides. Those invested obviously feel the positives outweigh the negatives.. I don't care when the claims are received - I just care they are successful .. the date doesn't come into it for me
