..and you are honest enough to admit you didn't get every trade right/ that you sometimes sold out at a LOSS? (because I am happy to say CLP has given me mixed results)
Yes - but it's fallen due to constant selling so I would have expected a decent free float here atm - it's more likely to be a RNS logged isn't it?? GLA
Quite strange to see "fairly" small buy trades moving the share price so much - maybe there is a larger buy order in the background? Friday afternoon has always been a popular time for a RNS :-) fingers crossed
I will try to make this my last post here - my opinion stands - dormant company threads should have a shelve life - and it's not relevant if it bears or bulls because these shares are suspended - speaking from experience being in a few suspended shares myself over the years - sometimes it is hard to let go (of the argument) and only getting rid of the thread after 3-4-5 years will resolve anyone continued obsession with x company - we all eventually have to move on... hence my suggestion of a three year time limit of getting a thread on LSE .. GLA elsewhere!
Actually, what LSE need to do is remove historic share threads after (say) three years - 99% of these old companies that were suspended or went into administration never come back - so if people still want to discuss x company then do it on general chat - I mean, otherwise CTAG could still have a thread active here in 2027 !!!
No idea - not been posting much myself - too much going on .. let's hope for further good news soon GLA
I'm surprised TTBW doesn't want answers? Why did the company get suspended? Why did the company stay suspended and then go into liquidation? Were's the proof that £2 billion in assets for lined up in some form of debt for equity swap (how else could it have been done)?? Why did Whetstone get suspended? Why no news since? Why is anyone still believing the companies are both whiter than white? Seriously...
It's a material share issue difference ... thanks RKB .. the only comment I have, as a seasoned investor in small cap/AIM shares is that CLP will not be the first company to not keep the register of interests/website etc up to date..
If only it was "time to buy Whet" or sell Whet or trade Whet... no news for months - sorry but how can you defend this?
Oh dear...this is what happens if you try to be clever and try to be an active trader here - you may lose out if you have recently sold... We knew news was coming... I hold the sensible have held it added in recent weeks :-)
Interesting....but do we know if Whetstone still even hold a stake in RAP? Didn't the company sell (some) shares a while back?
Happy, chilled and investigated...
Deltalo, have you been a holder here in the past? If so, you will understand my current view of "wait and see". I will do more research but have all the current businesses now been sold because they are all loss making. If so, great start. Btw been investing 30 years and still make the occasional wrong investment choice. With MOS I DO see the potential but perhaps a name change, share consolidation and more RNSs giving updates going forward will make me buy like crazy FYI I have added...
I been here for years so I will give my opinion whether you like it or not. It's not derampijg nor a new company while some of the old directors hang around. Get rid of SB then I will become more positive. Btw I expect a re-rating bit relisting at this time isn't great as market sentiment is dire and not likely to change soon. So give it a few months unless news flow changes sentiment and believe me - no one will be happier than me to see this go up
When you say "it's only going up"... That's your opinion - not a fact - unless you can see the future. Happy to give these new guys a chance but hard to value the company imho. If they want LTHs to turn positive - change the company name for a start
maybe a policy of social distancing amongst members is in place :-(
Surely we need to factor in the bailouts that the government are providing? £330 billion to date and another massive bailout to be confirmed later today - hopefully sectors like the pub trade will get the funds required to go into temporary hibernation and return late summer .. gradually back to normal. The key risk (to me) is if the virus returns in the winter - I can't see the govt having the same amounts available for a "next time"
