If a director buys - how can this make it an avoid on its own? Agree not to invest too much here though

A small amount - now tempted to top up after these massive BUYS this afternoon

The shares were 32-33p earlier this month so that's my first target

Considering £6 million in bank charges has been taken out of the equastion - I reckon £8 million profit is possible for next year or 0.52p eps. So perhaps 4-5p fair value for now excluding any corporate news

It's in the prospectus that the company does not know whether the banks will hold or sell their shares after the D4E.. As a shareholder I obviously hope they will hold - but this is not a cert to hold 3p in the short term imo as some will bank their 2.5p open offer profits imo

You're presuning the banks will not sell their D4E shares? Not even the company knows what the banks will do..

I stated "several days of wild swings" which meant tomorrow and into next week (Tuesday onwards) apologies

Some shareholders only had their accounts credited with the shares today and as Awboo states the D4E shares are an unknown so personally I still expect several days of wild swings and an opportunity at some point to buy more shares sub 3p GLA

I decided to buy in today at 3.25p - lets see how this pans out GL

Also the D4E shares hit the market on Thursday although we do not know the banks intentions. Best to hold off to it calms down next week imo (unless the shares fall back to near the 2.5p level)

The shares are now in my HL SIPP and did a dummy sell got 3.03p so decided to stick to plan and hold on GLA

No idea but probably at least some will sell their open offer shares today/tomorrow and there will be a short term dip. Will probably hold and buy more if the share price goes below 3p today. Expect a more active thread today, probably 300 million plus shares traded and a lot of day traders! GLA

The time to buy is sometimes when others will not... (eg hhr at 0.8p)... However definitely would not have a large holding here until prospects become clearer GL

Although there is long term potential here, I always worry when seeing a spike without a RNS like last Friday so did not buy.. it's been a learning curve because six months ago I would have chased the spike but being impaled several times has thankfully made me just a little more cautious..

In simple terms if there is a Euro 10 million gap in funding (atm) to settle the hedge, then why not just sell 4% of your Euro 240 million property assets? (this obviously does not factor in the debt which needs re-financing 2014/15). The NAV is 34p which is Euro 49 million - so not sure that horrendous" dilution is the end game here yet
