I think the company had to release a RNS today and hopefully the poster on advfn will now keep quiet and/or if he does work for the company he might be having a bad day in the office... However two points a) the company is trading in line with expectations and b) there will be an opportunity to buy/add at a lower level today.. gla

Yes but look at the volume traded this week so far - exceptional and I am sure some must now of possible developments...

Also another advfn poster has just mentioned that the AGM is next Tuesday so maybe the company is trying to release some positive news either before the AGM or on the day?

Yes at least a "no reason" RNS should be issued if there is nothing due... however looking more likely now that there is something in the works...

Vote expected to be very close on de-listing tomorrow - obviously if the vote is for delisting then the share will fall 50% but if the vote is against then 2-3p is on the cards. Worth a small investment?

Why? a) they have other intersts and b) the share price is trading circ cash nav so worse case is we get a distribution and funds back!?
