It got sent (no unsend message) so maybe someone received it and is wondering "who on earth is PPR and why will I know about any contract news!" As long as he did not give me the CEO number lol!

It is the figure posted (he reckons multiple contracts with the same company) but personally I doubt it - maybe it is the potential figure? No issue with a placing if it is tied to contract news..

I think you have found a gem here and a classic recovery stock. The balance sheet appears strong, low gearing and trading under the £14 million NAV. £19 million order book which has soared since the year end figures with a strong pipeline and more contracts to come. Will need to do more research but definitely keen to invest here next week - many thanks for highlighting this share. (has there been director buys?)

Yes although he seems to only post on PPR on advfn he has changed his tune. He was quite anti-PPR several months ago and yes, he did say he had 750k shares which he was selling. Some of us picked him up on it. However I still feel he either works for the company or used to work for the company so maybe he got wind of news? Anyway as another poster on the thread stated "the share would not move this much just on the words of one poster on a BB". I do now expect a RNS on Monday even if it is one of those infamous "we know of no reason for the recent share price movement" ones! gla

If not Aviva who else? Surely QPP has enough on its plate to digest this year without looking at HHR? Another insurer or just a tie-up with a law firm? Don't forget (and I know I go on about it) any Autofocus cash could be set aside for expansion or a tie-up. It is going to be an interesting six months and although I sold a fair portion of my open offer shares I am watching like a hawk in case the chance comes up to add back sub 3p (which is looking less likely now)

I don't think HHR will be taken over this year. Re your question - if Aviva did make an offer they could offer 1 Aviva share for every 100 HHR shares held ie 3p. Don't expect news to the IMS next month (famous last words)

This poster is apparently buying as many as he can re GC info - however if it is a blantant ramp to push share price up for his own reasons - I will be the first to complain elsewhere. If it is true, then there will be no looking back re share price GLA
