A possible reason for the interest (other than the new 3% shareholder) is that AWS can convert their £350k loan into 29.9% of the (revised) share issue. My calculations suggest this would be around 2.6 million new shares AND the converstion rate is circ 14p! (£350k div by 2.6 million new shares). Also COULD mean AVIA being close to debt free (if trading has improved) - no longer having to worry about their main creditor and also suggests possible bid approach! Just need just news now to keep this moving upwards... GL

Just look at the buying this week! It has been unreal for this share so I expect some sort of news sooner rather than later!

Good timing buying on the dip - might try to add to PRS/PIRI on any dips also as these shares are all over the place today lol !!

Yes I saw the offer at 0.13 and went for it - ended up paying 0.1493p! Still it would have been a lot higher at the open!

Hi, still got a small holding here but hard to work out fair value. 440 million new shares to be issued (so about 880 million shares now in total) but circ £300k operating profit from acquisition plus growth. Will be interesting to see how the share price reacts. GLA

Well it hasn't fallen all the way back AND you cannot get more than 5k without neg trade with my broker AND there appears to be a connection between the new 3% shareholder and the company AND company expected improvement once CCGs were up and running AND contracts are expected as per earlier RNS. Saying all this - yes trading is tough and share price will only improve on positive news

ASW can convert their loan into 29.9% of the revised share issue - either this or a new significant shareholder seems the reason for the rise. Also company did expect improvement from April when the CCGs were active

Not sure - you could sell 500k earlier without a problem. I couldnt even sell 2k last week - someone wants these shares imo

I really did expect to lose quite a bit here after last trading update and couldnt sell any a few weeks back - quite a turnaround.. a rumour of a contract on SEE (also from advfn) if you are looking elsewhere today GL (zatcha1980 hope this pays off for you too)
