IR confirmed results due this month - could be this afternoon looking at the buy trades in the last hour....

Couldn't resist adding at this level (got them at 1.22p) and it seems other buyers feel this is now oversold too :-))

The company is planning to pay dividends this year and is waiting for its 51% interest in The Mall shopping centre (in HK?) which should re-rate the share price to the 2-3p level later this year - hence the director buy today (imo)

RNS Director purchase (although I thought it was the closed period).. good sign that perhaps the Mall sale is done and dusted?

I've not been away but not much to comment on here (until today) so not been posting as often. I did sell down a fair slice of my open offer holding but probably will add back some as there are several weeks until ex-div date. I reckon the share price s/b 5-6p if there is a similar final dividend so perhaps 10% could be returned via dividends this year alone! gla

Actually set up your own thread over on GC so we can keep tabs... tbh I did expect the share price to go up today but perhaps some consolidation is good when you consider how much the share has risen recently... a good top up time imo gla

Why will they regret selling? Depends on whether you are after an quickie profit or a longer term serious gain imo

If you are unhappy missing the rise just say so instead of making personal attacks! There will be further movement tomorrow depending on how the results are received - so make YOUR minds up on whether to buy in or to sit and wait - not do NOT blame anybody else - especially one of the good guys on LSE (Riddler of course)

Yes there was an article found (advfn) late last week on a distribution agreement in the US - will try to find the link later. Question is "why no RNS?" unless it will be mentioned within the results RNS due anytime now gl

MMs know results have to be released this month otherwise it will be suspension so not surprised to see some taking a position before the expected RNS gla

Great to see trading update and forecast exceeding market expectations. Only downside may be that the new shares in issue may limit the short term increase in the share price - will watch the open with interest gla
