LOL so shareholder equals ramper - I have 16 other holders so don’t just post now in one thread - this news was expected as a per arrangement but I wonder if the trolls will be posting on Monday if the expected mega news hits the deck? We will see... as a LTH I don’t get obsessed with one day movements nor do I expect our Directors as it’s in their interest now to see share price growth ...

The RNS is clear “in line with the strategy...” ie a known pre planned arrangement to exchange salary for shares - not new - although I hope this arrangement will end soon once LVCG share of ticket sale revenue comes in and the company hasn’t had a problem with placings in the past - however it should be raised at next weeks presentation!

Anyone good with charts? Must be close to a breakout point although I be happy if we stay above 4p to start with!

Hard to believe you are still a shareholder... streaming alone is worth a mint - as for extra concerts, I agree it’s more likely next year :-)

Could be a venue in another country, news on next year or streaming - so quite a few options

Maybe if he read back through the posts from him/her you would understand my attitude but of course it depends on when you invest and any company can drop a placing on shareholders so sometimes you can do all the research in the world and it wouldn’t matter - but I been in and out of PAA/LVCG for over 15 years and believe me there’s been plenty of placings over this time hence why some have issues with David C - personally I rather believe in the recovery potential that get obsessed about any one shareholder deciding to sell as I doubt they will sell below 7-8p imho if they want a decent profit

I can only presume some buy in and then do their research at a later date ... “gosh, some one has placing shares in this company!! So unusual for a small cap/AIM share - not!” Btw there’s a good reason so maybe companies go down the placing and warrant route - the banks won’t lend...

Apologies there’s been no new holding RNS so must have been other sellers but most small companies have large shareholders and tbh it’s not usually a main concern of mine as I wouldn’t invest if I was stressed about them selling at any time but it’s a valid point - hopefully the news flow is good enough for them to hold off selling for a while!

How do you know they haven’t been selling down because I have seen regular sell trades over the last few months at these low levels!!?

I initially invested due to the potentially court claim payouts and the multiple investments the company has - Bitcoin or investing in similar sectors wasn’t even on the radar so I got lucky - remember some of these claims are still outstanding - it’s not just all about Bitcoin although of course that’s were the excitement is !!!

Be honest - a week ago you were very negative saying event could be cancelled - people can change their minds but please don’t continue going from Bill to bear on a weekly basis based on the latest news - if this is too stressful done a safer share :-) As for what’s apps - news to me that it’s a way of speaking to him......

Placings? Always a risk ... however the tickets have been SOLD ... so why won’t the company get their share of the revenue very soon? Maybe the event has to take place first but that’s just three months away so a placing looks very unlikely now excluding any shocks

It wasn’t meant as a negative comment - I got in ages ago at 0.2p and tbh sold over half of my shares at around this level - and we want to see Bitcoin go higher - I just think some are obsessed with the price but that’s more important for companies like ARB atm - have a good weekend all!

As a holder I will only care about the Bitcoin price once we start mining - atm whether it soars or collapses doesn’t have a material impact does it...!? Happy to be corrected

Indeed. There’s no reason most European countries could not host a KPOP event in future - famous bands tour across Europe so why not KPOP? I guess Live want the event to go well first then they will have a better reputation to continue adding event after event after event 2023 and onwards...
