Don’t tell me some posters were talking down the share to buy in cheaper :-) of course some will be ramping to sell at a higher price while others are happy to hold 1-2 years for the full potential gains. Btw the volume has been decent the last week or so - I guess we are getting though the 5p place holders pretty quick ...

Bit quiet here considering the trading volume and constant buying - maybe a double figure share price is closer than we think!?..

I see they are also having a “Korean Festival” at/near the event at the same time free for ticket holders, but maybe they could sell tickets just for the festival......??

50p - I tend to look at the positives rather than the negatives - better attitude on life - and if you see more negatives than positives or keeping looking for the negatives - why on earth invest in the company in the first place - it’s clearly not “rightl for you imho

Plus the events have not taken place and streaming etc is not a fixed number until we get figures post event - however maybe DC meant it as a projection ?

Great!! That’s what we needed - a massive vote of confidence by a single PLC new holder - and I don’t think they will be selling in a hurry either - excellent news!! :-)

So get on the next presentation in April/May and tell him directly instead of moaning on here. Agree let’s not invest more into Start.art but it does have potential - he probably wants to tie all the different elements up in the long run - can start.art be used for KPOP or Bricklive merchandise ??? Who knows but it’s clear there’s been significant improvement in the management and activity of the company the last year plus DC is now down to 20% so perhaps he won’t get his own way with deals that make him money going forward - we ALL should benefit especially LTHs or people who been in and out multiple times since the PAA days like myself!

Zero risk of dilution? Did you read the RNS - I thought the loans could be converted at a 40% premium each drawdown? So 20p for this drawdown. Agree no current risk of dilution but in the longer term maybe - but the terms are good

Well DC has been diluted too - down from 25% to nearer 20% so he will want this to be a success as much as the rest of us! Yes he has done well here in the past but there are new people working for the company now so I don’t think he has the power he used to have - I might be wrong ... but I understand why some don’t have much good to say about him although all will be forgotten (speaking personally) if the numbers being talked about come true as we will ALL be winners then :-)

Also you have to work out how much extra profit the company will earn doing it in-house in the longer term - might be worth having the placing in the longer run but I repeat let’s hope this is it for placings now

Not sure - depends if they same parties want to make their small profits above the placing price or hold a little longer this time - plus the streaming news once confirmed might be a trigger for another re-rating

I must admit i thought he said at the last investor presentation that was it re placings (according to posters). This has to be raised with him at this weeks presentation - I understand the reason for the fund raise but tintin is right - this has to stop post May
