Just remember that DC is probably playing the long game - he wants maximum shareholder returns for everyone including himself - I am sure either a demerger or sell to a large cap company is his end game around 2024/25. For a start; he isn’t getting any younger and probably wants an exit/retirement strategy - I just can’t see him letting go of the CO rope without corporation action

If May is going to be a busy month then we can expect at least a couple of RNSs over the next few weeks including a new big event for Bricklive - I didn’t realise how many staff were cut back during covid but they kept a core group to do Bricklive work and hopefully over time will have the ability to expand the employee numbers again - my point being I don’t think we will stay around 10p for too long - probably a few warrant sellers or one big consistent seller atm holding this down - plus most of us have probably got enough exposure here :-)

DC is also going back to South Korea late May and/or June and was very positive about the coverage KPOP.Flex is receiving including the British media - some will be going to the event so we might see some coverage in the press .. personally I would love to see London/Hyde Park considers as a possible future venue - I would go! Might also get a streaming ticket being the “live” event is on a Sunday

The resolutions are to give headroom for when warrants are exercised and no intention to issue shares - it is the first thing mentioned!

Thanks, forgot we had to submit questions - just think we should wait and hear the update tomorrow as if the share price keeps rising by the time they are able to issue more shares it will be at a higher price hence less new shares (fingers crossed)

Simple solution - raise the matter at the presentation tomorrow. Ask how likely it is that new shares will be issued? Perhaps they still want their salaries to be paid in shares?

Some would have sold via the 5p warrants etc - if you plan to hold for the median/long term I wouldn’t worry about any daily movements - up or down

Hopefully by the end of next week it will be clearer re working out 2022 profits and beyond - can’t be too long before the results are out too although they will be historic and not really reflect the progress made this year - enjoy the bank holiday all :-)

There is the filter option if any poster is annoying you - if you have been stuck here for two years seeing the share flat line I can understand the excitement

Tbh he shouldn’t be treating any one shareholder differently to anyone else - indeed he said he can’t reply to individual shareholder queries - so I love to know what you got that we haven’t lol - hopefully will be a good few weeks
