Certainly not priced in as it has been on the cards since September, once it has been delivered we have proof of concept , I believe alot of investors are waiting for the proof before investing, thats why we are taking the risk for bigger profits.

Todays shift in price could be in anticipation for the completion of the first IM and the complete of the 10% purchase of the fintech bank, lets hope he delivers this one on time, due by the end of July, see 29/06/21 RNS.

1. the signing of a commercial agreement to manage both the origination of new Client companies and a multi-annual inventory funding plan; and

2. the execution of a first inventory monetisation transaction involving a portfolio of Italian Client Companies.

Simultaneously to the successful completion of the arrangements above, Supply@ME will acquire up to 10% of the Fintech Bank, a level which is below the threshold requiring regulatory approval. An additional 10% of the Fintech Bank may be acquired at the option of the Company within the following two years which would require an authorisation process through the Central Bank. In April 2021, the Fintech Bank was valued, by a Big4[1] firm, at between €34m - €50.6m.

The Term Sheet incorporates a binding commitment between parties with reference to:

· the time-scale, which envisages the completion of the arrangements above in July.

Dont think the buy v's sell ratio here is correct, this was my top up this morning showing as a sell, I think you will find there is more support at this level that a lot will give credit for, looking forward to tomorrows AGM, lets hope for some good news and a clear stratergy moving forward.

Certainly looks like the first tranche of inventory monetisation is very close indeed and that the profits will be used to purches a stake in a fintech bank, things are starting to move very quickly ; )

One could argue that SYME/Tradeflow is exellent solution to the issues being discussed.
PS, you forgot to mention partners Deutsche Bank, CITI and guest speakers from Barclays, Lloyds bank, Deutsche bank and Bank of China to name a few but I can understand why you leave out such minows.

Tom James (soon to be on the board of SYME) speaks blockchain at Singaposres blockchain & landscape experience webinar on teh 22/06/21, just below the programme schedule there is a good synopsis on his credentials:
"He is called upon by governments & multinationals for advice & insight on market developments.
In 2014 he was called upon to serve as a Senior Energy Advisor to the United States Department of Defense (TFBSO) and he currently sits on the “Financing Advisory Resources” panel for Enterprise Singapore, the trade development body of Singapore Government."
I'm sure if a man of his expertise and credentials can see the potential of an SYME and tradeflow alliance should tell you all you need to know.
I suspect hold is a well known troll on twitter who posts on multiple BB's then screen dumps and retweets said posts with plenty of sarcasm, best to ignore.
