Negma scheduled to be sold down CLN's by end of the trading Wednesday. Live Investor forum scheduled for Thursday the 23rd, could we expect and RNS Thursday morning before the scheduled one2one investor forum with proactive or why book a live virtual event, Alessandro does like to release news followed by and interview, I sense a cracking RNS.

Blue day ahead

Its official, two of the best in the business are now on the team, didn't a certain troll try and cast doubt the appointment of Tom and John a couple of weeks back as there was no evidence (sigh), well there you have it. Another blur day day ahead, another 45% would be a good start to the weekend, sit back and enjoy the day.

Well, I can honestly say I have never been so happy to be 5k down, lol.

Looks like the seller(s) in the background could now be finished and the price is moving back to where it should be with all the positive progress that has been made in the past months which should also lead up nicley to a good trading update (due any time) and the long awaiting news of the allusive first tranche of IM (also due any time).

Its been unusually quite today without any of the relentless trolling but whats more unusual is that they all disappear at the exactly same time, could it be just a huge coincidence they are all preoccupied on the same day, hmmmm?

Well I suppose no one really knows and we will find out soon enough once the half year results are out but looking at the progress made from 2019-2020 if we have carried on that trajectory then its quite possible we have 0 debt (11.5m 2019-0.7m 2020) and cash in the bank (3m 2019-12.1m 2020) that is higher than the market cap (in an perfect world), obvioulsly we are not privy to the info as to how the cash has been invested so looking forward to the update and hoping positive progress has been made since.

You get this fairly often when there is a tight spread, my buy yesturday shown as the same, had this on my watch list for a while and decided to buy in as it is at an all time low. Couple of things someone my be able to shed light on though? Checking the results for 2020, we have 12.1m cash in the bank and have reduced the net debt from 11.5m to 0.7m, seems crazy how the market cap is only 21m, is teh money still there couldnt find anything to say otherwise, also we are in the final stages of nagotiations with major Microsoft partners to create strategic partnerships. Also COVID is here to stay so cloud based technologies and remote meetings should be booming, seems to good an oppertunity to miss.

I like your optimism Elll but personally I'd be happy to see .45 first to see me back in the black, my arrerage was higher but took this opertunity to average down. I cant see us hitting 1p untill we get some positive news regarding the Captive bank and the £8b funding so I'm hoping the trading update has some positive news around this, although if positive news comes beforehand 1p would be very conservative indeed.

Podcast with Zak Mir and Andrew Male (29/07/21), "rapid growth coming from Eurpope and America". Hopefully now that we are making profofits we can grow organicly and a move to the LSE main market should give more liquidity to help with teh share price and as poker chips mentioned clear out the remaining warrents.

Also forgot to add "Love Hemp is planning a move to the LSE Main Market." this should also see a signifcant move in the share price once we move to the main market as investors see this as a more viable trading platform. happy days ahead.

Love Hemp's upcoming partnerships should see a big rise in sales and profits in the coming year, Amazon store should see significant sales and make the brand and products more readily available wordwide. I can see a big increase in growth within the next couple of years as people realise the benefits of CBD products both for health and cosmetic purposes. We are aleady the UK's number one brand and winners of multiple awards with fantastic promotional partners with the UFC and Anthony Joshua who is also a share holder.
