Hi Tetrolite....I dont think AFC have released the exact numbers for the electrodes ordered...but the did say in the final results RNS electrodes supplied for all our projects......."Our partnership with De Nora also remains strong following the extension of our Joint Development Agreement, with their electrodes continuing to be used in all of our projects"

We have had 3 different delivery periods mentioned for the Acciona system ....they have said early 2021......Q1 2021 ....and spring 2021......all dependant on varous Covid restrictions at that time ....but ultimately it will be Acciona that will decide when thay can accept the system.

Will that include the AFC Bod's and 40+ employees Haggismchaggiss1......or are you certain they all drive EV's ?

Hi Heath23......That was certainly the case for the 2 day practice in Spain.....i have not seen any plans for race practice ....may have missed it .

In yesterdays BBC Cornwall radio interview ....the plan was to sail Thursday .....stop at Gibraltar for fuel and then on to Saudi....
We know the plan is to arrive in Saudi Arabia early to produce the H2 ....but will the cars get to do a day or two of practice ?.....if so will the Fuel cell be used early to charge the cars ?...

BumbleB2......Just listened to that interview again .....AB certainly mentions Ammonia as a fuel carrier....but to my ear he seems to be talking about the benefits of using Ammonia in general for Diesel genset replacement and not specifically the Extreme E system ....during the testing at Dunsfold AFC never mentioned the success of using a cracker / Ammonia feedstock ....yet we know that set up is being trialed with ACCIONA in the spring .....From the Extreme E RNS dated 15th July ... AFC Energy's hydrogen power solution for Extreme E will showcase three primary innovative traits:

(i) zero emission power generation through use of the Company's proprietary alkaline hydrogen fuel cell;
(ii) remote manufacture of "Green Hydrogen" through micro-alkaline water electrolysis powered by the sun;
(iii) use of by-product water from the fuel cell system for on-site consumption.
AB has stated that the companies primary source of information will be through the website or RNS as required....if i have missed that ExtremE update notification then i must try harder .

Why is a cracker going to Extreme E ?......H2 produced from solar and electroliser .....the cracker is for the ACCIONA system .
