Any thoughts on how close he is to obtaining the full amount? I wonder if shareholders could approach BMR about getting involved, if not? An Open Offer would've been interesting at 3p. I know a few who would've taken a portion, I wonder who the shareholders are who showed an interest in putting more money in, as per chairman comments.

Would people really want the co. to relist without some solid foundations in place? I'm still not bothered and would think it's imperative that we relist with a full update, JV in place and working capital sorted. No question marks or grey areas.

He has already said BMR Group will go for �2m which is c. 0.5-0.7p a share once you take for JLP 29%. The placees look to be pumping in �1m for 10% of the shares in issue at 3p. They'll be well pleased to know that for that if they just doubled there investment they could buy the company. Instead they're going to take the option to wait six months and pay up to �1.66m for a further % of the company. Why isn't paddwah26 explaining this to JLP, BMR and the placees?

Yeah I think it was aired as an idea to create some interest. It was mentioned in the last financials but I would like to know what, if any, plans they have with this process? I won't hold my breath. Just holding onto to the coat-tails of what has become Borrelli's play thing now. We've seen just as much subterfuge here the last 3-4 years as during the reign of 'what's my name again?'. My real concern now is JV terms and whether they've changed and if so what the long term impact may or may not be.
