I think we are going to have to get the plant producing as is this year because the licence needs renewing in October 2020 so if we don't get producing and we've had the licence 10 years I doubt we'll be given an extension/renewal.

Yeah. It's proving difficult for some people to accept that the plant may need to start at 5tph and they seem to think it can't/won't be ramped up and that BMR nor JLP have thought about it. Not really much anyone can do, it's going to cost what it's going to cost and as shareholders we're going to have to lump it.

I'll admit most of us have been naive in believing AB but once the SP had climbed it did appear things were finally on track so it was difficult to have the conviction to sell. We should be quick to sell and slow to buy with these AIM companies.

Thanks for pointing that out. Nobody had thought about a bigger plant with a bigger through put. Excellent idea. you say it would cost more to have a bigger plant as well? Crikey.

Do you honestly think Borrelli has ensured JLP have to deliver by certain dates and times? If so why didn't he make that clear in the RNS?

Can see that PoV but I think CB will be okay whatever the eventual outcome.

Yeah there were a few who put the idea forward but officially it's been crickets since. I have no idea who the exact shareholders are who wanted to put money in. Who knows for sure who is invested? I didn't know CB was until recently so he could be one of the people willing to put up some cash. Who honestly knows? Like any investment they could be throwing good money after bad or even just putting in money to make a quick profit and to see how things look later down the line when 5p warrants come along? When you think how many different companies and investors have stuck money in here down the years who if they held and didn't trade are all pretty much sat on a loss. Personally don't think having a representive from private shareholders would sit well with Alex Borrelli. He has been asked countless times to be more transparent and communicate more openly and his actions indicate he has no interest in running the company any other way than how he wants it run. Good at lip service our Alex.

I should reduce my posts really but still haven't kicked the habit, not exactly anywhere else to sound off and I certainly wouldn't want to bore family and friends talking about BMR. This is the only place for it. I've accepted our fate but still can't help but be disgusted by Alex Borrelli performance. Also I would still like to see shareholders and myself break even / make a return, there is no reason we should have accepted the performance of either sets of management.

What will you owe negative shareholders if JLP terms improve? AB is going nowhere, Colin Bird and JLP have the perfect partner in the right position willing to submit and concede to them add to that their 29.01% holding is a huge voting block given barely anyone votes on resolutions. If JLP wanted Borrelli gone then its possible. Private shareholders are a disorganised dwindling force now.

I've been here 8-9 years I'm all out of faith. AB has failed shareholders continually, none of his actions fill me with anything other than disbelief.

It's no longer on the original terms which were terrible enough already with the 60/40 split. Having been at the AGM most shareholders in that room seemed disgusted at the split but seemed to accept it was for the greater good, now it's open to us giving up an even larger %. Pretty pathetic really.

Probably a mixture of the two techniques Barno 'pants down and increasing shareholder disappointment'. It does feel like our situation has just gotten more and more desperate whilst in contrast the very metals we possess in abundance have increased in value relentlessly. So many incredibly bad decisions have been made and I'm just left scratching my head thinking surely if they'd just have got on with building the plant instead of fleeting interest the likes of MTR, Ester, SZ etc... surely we would've been self sufficient in a commanding position. 'AB is ambitious though' ambitions and reality don't appear to need to correlate in any of his plans. He has made a right mess, all things considered.

Maybe I will BringMyReward but I'm just not filled with optimism given the terms of the deal included the now conveniently added potential to increase/reduce future profit share. From JLP saying they can get the plant built and done for �2.3m to a 'finger in the air and you bet have your readies at the ready'. Should just be sticking with the original plan as far as I'm concenened and working up from that. I see Borrelli dropped his usual 'delighted' and 'in the interest of shareholders' for this RNS.

Thanks for both audio links. VOX/shar3p1ckers audio placement (on mobile) wasn't in the best location, works fine once you find it. LC in the driving seat so our destiny is the hands of someone who has no skin in the game as far as BMR are concerned. I wonder what there incentive is to keep costs down on the plant build now given BMR are going to be expected to cover 40% of any shortfall or concede further future profits.

In the event LC presents any proposed changes to ZEMA and they decide the changes can/can't be applied but either way there is no flexibility on timetable meaning production must happen by year end then, if LC saw it as unachievable to adhere to timescales meaning JLP as contractors couldn't deliver the project where would that leave BMR on the 14th June? Around 6 weeks from automatic delist and basically broke. AB has put the company in a real bind. Best of luck to LC at the meetings. If he doesn't pull it off, once again Alex Borrelli can blame someone else for his totally inadequate performance.

He knows exactly what he is doing and he knows what he can get away with.
