I was watching the film The Big Short the other night, the scene when Michael Burry is trying to arrange the short on the housing market with the banks and it had me thinking of the real life scene of Paddwah26 entering Charles Stanley/coutts/blackrock and requesting to short BMR Group and as they're advising him about its merits and faults, he slams down what he refers to as his research prospectus - it contains printed out screenshots of BringMyReward cash burn post, his own posts and some posts from JLP wishfully hoping for BMR to fold into JLP. Very. Sooner we find out everything the better for everyone. I still think what's good for BMR is good for JLP especially given the holdings obtained by JLP and the terms in the JV.

So had JH as well, just thought about it before and thought they may have all been connected in some way but given their ages they may have all been there at different times. Nothing to the connection it would seem given JH has had a size 10 up his bum.

MH - I'm sure CB will be doing some of his own further DD on BMR. We need to sort funding and shareholders need an update before we relist. Also need to replace JH. So quite a bit to get done, I think announcing the JV without some of those other boxes ticked wouldn't make much sense. IMO JH leaving is a strange one and whether he was pushed given he was made responsible for the failed ACI deal or he left because CB didn't like him or maybe he didn't like the look of what AB has planned for BMR i don't know but still a strange move none the less. Have LC and or CB ever worked for Anglo American corporation?

I'm not going to speculate on why the JV hasn't been signed but will say Borrelli does like to take his full amount of time with anything BMR have ever done. I don't see any point in wondering what's happening before the deadline has yet to happen/pass bit each to their own. It's a very strange set up moreso with CB now on the board.

I would imagine any news will be 'out of hours' given AB stating we won't relist until certain things slot into place such as the placing. With a placing there would have to be an application to the market with dates as to when they will come into play - at least that's normally what happens.

The people on this board would've been useful during WW2 as code breakers given they can decipher whatever it is you're trying to convey. Why not just speak in plain English and say what you think instead? Couldn't care less about what happens here or BMR and I know I have literally no control over what AB and Bird decide to do, good or bad. If JH method is dropped in favour of an alternative then the likelihood is BMR and JLP will have to go through the ESIA approval process which could set both companies back 6 months, if not more, which would jeopardise the project in its entirety. Going off what little we've heard the last month or so and reading JLP link placed on here the other day they want the plant built in 5 months and with production by end of December.

Misrepresenting the facts, to put it politely, should always be picked up on particularly when someone is trying to frame information positively or negatively with an obvious agenda. The distinction between "Ordinary Shares" and "Preference Shares" and what and where they figure is quite important in my opinion. Other terms such as the debt finance terms within the "Kabwe Operations" JV should be understood and not twister by those with an agenda.
