Not really good enough is it though? It's quite a simple request really, basic courtesy to know how many shares have been sold and at what price.

Why not say how many shares have been sold and at what price? I know guessing and vagueness is okay for some as it helps them present as somehow more informed but to me it stinks.

I would imagine AB will pay BS the full amount upfront and then if they don't deliver after about 12 months ask for the money back shrugging his shoulders saying 'what are you going to do?' followed by shareholders on here making excuses on his behalf. At least that's how the ACI deal worked.

As BMR relinquish a greater % of profits you'll continue to say big deal as well. Nothing will ever be deemed bad news just another opportunity for you to exercise the mental gymnastics it takes to contort every update as not that bad and reason to celebrate. If you're reading updates and saying to yourself 'it could be worse' it's hardly a reason to be content.

Juicy - I'm the same and that is why we shouldn't believe anything in any of the RNS releases over the last few years. It's often what is not said in them that is the real story as Alex feels compelled to leave out important information. If BS services have been paid for to try and change the dates given by the ZEMA/cadastre/minister of mines then its a good bet that the stipulated dates are a stretch too far for JLP or they wish to make changes that make it too tight to definitely get it built and producing on time. Some on here stated we shouldn't get too fixed in the dates because they can be negotiated, to me the fact the licence was revoked and reinstated with conditions was evidently because BMR and AB/JH were on their last chance because they can't be trusted so would it be easy to change those stipulated dates? Now we find out that to change those dates we have to pay a ransom.

Barno - I don't and to be honest those hold the bulk of shares now know exactly what is taking place and the other majority of pi's who don't know are either desperate or will either be supportive no matter what happens or will remain silent enabling AB to continue to lie. (CB, AB, JLP, Peterhouse and Tiger Resources hold just under or around 40%) BringMyReward - the 10 points are made aren't doom and gloom they are what has happend and is happening. We are on the hook for another $960k that needs paying and that is before JLP announce their projected costs will need actuals working capital given we're 6 months on and have made no real progress I'm guessing another $400k gone missing on working capital. I don't think I was alone in seeing the shares in JLP as potential tour to help with future working capital and or help towards our share of plant costs. Have to admit I'm left open mouthed by the continual ability of some to just see what is absolutely shocking news and wipe their mouths and come out swinging with the old 'all for the greater good' nonsense.

What has Alex Borrelli done for us as shareholders? 1. Saved the company from the original charlatan Masoud Alikhani. 2. Tripled the shares in issue by placing shares at the all time lows in the last 3 years raising small amounts of money to squander. 3. Signed away at minimum 40% of any future profits at Kabwe in exchange for JLP to construct the plant whilst also paying them interest in the money they spend to get us to production. 4. Diverted much needed capital on Ester. 5. Paid over the odds for a much smaller % of Star Zinc when we are desperate when SZ should've just been ditched given we aren't in position to extract any value there right now what was the point? 6. Given away a good chunk of our shareholding in JLP at their lows in order to satisfy a company whom shareholders have never heard of nor do they know what service if any they have provided. (BlueSquareEnvelopesLtd.) 7. Bid for MTR. 8. At the AGM Borrelli and the co. lawyer said in negotiations with JLP 'Clear RED LINES' were in place to achieve the agreed terms with JLP. I'm guessing rubbing those red lines hard enough revealed it was all a veneer with grey the true colour underneath hence lock-in periods been vetoed. The shares shareholders may have thought would be use to raise working capital or out share of any excess money on top of the �2.3m to be spent on the plant. 9. Had the license removed. 10. Awarded himself a salary increase for the success story above. What's not to like? Just feels like a total stitch up job with all value now being manoeuvred out of the reach of us pesky shareholders who it would seem are going to happily let him get away with it.

I'm only going off the RNS but they're meaningless anyway as we are finding out in BMR to our detriment. BMR RNS 23.10.17 "As security for the Jubilee Debt Finance, the Group would grant security over the whole of its shareholding in EPL upon receipt of the first sum of �1,000,000 by the Long-stop date until repayment of the Jubilee Debt Finance;" JLP RNS 23.10.17 "(b) Phase 2 - Jubilee will provide access to a further �1,000,000 funding towards the implementation of the Approved Works Programme to secure a further 15% equity interest in Kabwe Operations taking the aggregate interest of Jubilee to 30% held as a Preferred Share. As security for the Jubilee Debt Finance, the BMR Group would grant security over the whole of its shareholding in the Kabwe project through its subsidiary Enviro Processing Limited."

MoneyHawk I may be wrong but I don't think JLP have rights over EPL until they commit the first �1m?

I note in the 6th April RNS Alex tells us what is 'included' in the new conditions. The word includes meaning he has chosen leave out in whole of what the full conditions are - for our benefit. I can only conclude that his insistence to continue to hold back information makes him untrustworthy and I certainly don't understand why shareholders are continuing to put up with his performance. The only thing I can put it down to is total desperation.

He is not saying it in a negative way charttopper. He is saying their paid for help will help considerably. By that I also take it if their help had not been secured at a price that would've resulted in the opposite.

I think he is trying to say don't worry about the $800,000 because this will be seen as value for money considering what blue square envelopes will be able to do for us.

If you like a predetermined reply to your complaints the FCA is the way to go. They won't act but don't let that stop you.

We are only the shareholders/mushrooms. Our existence sitting idle to one side watching AB deliver his interpretation of value. Surprisingly our collective online 'tut' and shaking our head behind our monitors doesn't appear to have any impact on AB. All going to plan.

Exactly as expected. As always just going to show that we shareholders don't have a clue what's actually going on. In AB we trust.
