Mrcautious let's hope that it stays that way. An offtake agreement is significant but as you know too well sustainability and increase of the share price depends on financing, execution & production. Many companies managed to have offtakes in place but failed because of lack of finance. Look for example what happened to Sirious minerals PLC which ended at the hands of Anglo America for pennies.

Most likely the offer price will be a good % above market price and they will tell us is an excellent opportunity. Well, I believe the price will be much less than the 21 p some people were saying is our value. Bannor what is your opinion?

Well, the wait will be until they reach the desired VWAP and then they will make their move. Judging from the sp of the last 30days I think it will be sooner than later and it won't be any good for the long-term holders. Well, that's just my opinion.... could be totally wrong.
