Lots to take in on the presentation. It’s all excellent news and points to a very exciting future, including semi massive/massive nickel sulphide and gold . The final slide does say a capital raise is planned to fund the full drill programme. I suspect that will be at a higher price than we closed at yesterday.

I reckon Hatstand Harry could be the Ferret in disguise. He sold out and always seemed peeved. Some folk just aren’t able to move on with their lives.

Markets down almost everywhere globally. We may need to suck it up for a while and hope that any good news is timed with a positive trend, not lost in a sea of negativity.

Great news for everyone, except Hatstand Harry. ACWA have signed a ‘major agreement’ - that’ll be a contract - to work with us. Maybe the board haven’t spent all this time whistling Dixie after all.

I think the RM interview was revealing in that he was concealing the details of a heap of emerging good news, which he then sort of summarised at the end.

I’ve a few contacts that are shuffling other stock to get in here at this price. I’ve no doubt where this is going. Just hope I’m right.

JZ has a chequered history here but much has changed since Nieuwenhuys took over at Zeb Nickel. I think his leadership is driving this and will continue to do so. RM was interim CEO before his appointment and that team will not let this stall now we have the MR.

It’s just a waiting game for now.

Agree P2R, and that would have annoyed the entity that was allowed to buy 15 million at 7p. By letting them in at a bargain basement price, I suspect we’ve ensured their commitment to proceed with an offer for all of the shares in due course.

These shares won’t appear on the market, they’re already placed in an over subscription. They won’t increase liquidity as the holder is probably the predator waiting to buy the whole share capital or at least mates with sticky hands.

If not opens at 7p, any available will disappear in a heartbeat. This looks like they’ve let someone in at a discount to raise £1 million knowing they’re going to have to pay significantly more to buy us out.

It’s a sweetener, imo.

Yes, the company has had to take a long, hard look at itself since September last year but it could be that the long established strategic plan around the SA continent is about to bear fruit, the hefty ACWA MOU hopefully being the tip of the emerging iceberg.

If that turns out to be the catalyst that lights up Etana and Namibia, I don’t think any of us will wish the company had taken another direction.

I concede that it’s still all ifs and buts. Hopefully a significant week ahead.

Smithy is wrong, in my opinion, for putting Jimmy in the same category as SHC and Bold. Jimmy offers his knowledge and opinion very generously and is only ever polite to other users. Whether some regard his view as ‘ramping’ is a matter for their interpretation. I think he’s mostly factual and balanced.

I’d live to hear what Harry’Hatstand’Carter has to say about the latest. Must be a big disappointment for him to see AP with a captain of industry, signing an MOU for South African renewables.

Hatstand would have us believe the board have been doing first class travel to drink and eat - and not much more.

I think an intraday RNS is the most likely, to tie in with the Toronto exchange opening. So that’s 11.30 am ish before the TSX opens at 12.30pm.

I think all the lth’ers here will share some part of your opinion. However, just because it hasn’t happened yet, doesn’t meant it will never happen. We are looking at the possibility (or probability if you’re an optimist) of one or more EUREKA ! events. By definition, each will only happen once and just because it hasn’t happened, is not an indicator it won’t. Especially when there are positive signs that things are afoot - see Wiggly’s list.

Anyway, good luck to you. If you were at the AGM you may have picked up on the buoyant outlook from the board. Either they were on meth amphet, or good news is coming - shortly 🫤
