You'll have to go back many years. The history is chequered and tortured, to say the very least. If you can go back around 10 years and research the activities of John Zorbas, the largest shareholder, you may see how this became, in my opinion, his lifestyle company. Nothing moved on under his leadership and the potential to maximise the asset all fell away.
Under our current CEO, things look very different. He has a track record of achievement and seems keen to engage and move things on .The exact opposite of Mr Zorbas - again, in my opinion.
