I had hoped that we would have been at this point a year ago , so is it annoying yes somewhat but if there is no news then there is no news. As for senior management trying to move this down for the benefit of institutional investors that is somewhat absurd.

Stock trades at a discount to the underlying value attributted by the HY24 investment a fund raise is at this point quite frankly an admission of failure. Maybe after PPA and YARRA agreements on next two projects when stock should be trading around £2.00

It would be nothing short of suicide for the company to do a raise for equity participation before FID. The right time to do a raise would be after the PPA and pencilled agreement with Yara for off take . Quite frankly I see no reason why both of these should take two much time although Costa Rica maybe a little more time. Once this is done we should see the stock trading I would like to think around £2.50

My thinking is this, stocks of this capitalisation and average daily volume are trade by an algo. Market makers of which I believe there are two or three almost always hold inventory. This is still a binary trade of sorts although we believe that it is a done deal and so we should so market makers will want to be long at the lowest price possible. If someone has the cash on their account to ask for a price in 100000 it would be interesting to see where the offer is.

Listened to this and have to say that having said he had met the company his short uninformed 4 minutes was inaccurate and think a five year old could have done a better job. Would of been better if he had said nothing at all!!!

Atome revenue circa 15m (on % agreed value for Atome at CAN at 420 (currently in excess of 500) x 7.5 (fertiliser industry average between 8.5-12.5) / 65m shares = $$1.73 = £1.28

This does not take into consideration

1 De-risking of project 2 and 3

2 No green premium

3 no value attributed to carbon credits
